Pros

I love the ease of switching between records and the integration with Gmail. I can do most things right from the Gmail site.

Cons

The app for mobile use could use a much needed over-haul. If they fixed the few issues with the App, we would give it 5 stars

Keep up the great work! We'll continue to use it.

Pros

I love how simplistic this CRM is to use. I've done research on many others and HubSpot instantly felt like a great fit for what our company was trying to do. It doesn't hurt that it's free for the basic features either. It's great for small companies like mine with 7 total employees. We don't need all the bells and whistles, however, it's great that you do offer additional features for an extra fee. I'm glad that I chose HubSpot CRM.

Hubspot Sales provides the functionality to manage your accounts in a lean time saving way. I really like the fact that I can create contacts, record where we are in the sales process and filter that in the homepage to save time and increase productivity. I also enjoy the fact that I can go through the certifications which help me manage my contacts better.

Pros

It talks with other parts of the system, meaning that if I create a client and it has a corporate email, it links to the other clients within that email.

Cons

It is not as intuitive as I wished. The certifications help if I have the time to make them.

Likes Best

The ability to track leads, leave notes and share with others in the organization, email history, and visibility to whether emails are being read. I also love the integration with Google/Gmail.

Likes Least

I don't think the UI is completely intuitive. I am probably not using the software to its fullest capacity because I haven't figured out how to use all of the features. We are in the education industry, so I don't know that all of the fields are completely relevant.

Recommendations

Ensure that the administrator for your company has a full understanding of your CRM needs and sets up hubspot fields properly. It's also very important that they understand all the workflows up front. I'm sure our set up is a bit dodgy which affects the perceived ease of use and functionality.

Likes Least

Too expensively priced for small businesses. Also does not interface with Zimbra email platform; without interfacing with one's email platform, a CRM program is quite useless.

Recommendations

Test the intuitiveness of this type of software, especially during times when you are extremely busy and you just want to add a simple note or quickly schedule an appointment or send a brief memo, again during a time when you are extremely busy. That's a true test of intuitiveness.

There are SO many things you can do with HubSpot. It is such a multi-faceted platform. Their customer service is very helpful. I have also found their online tutorials to be very helpful when trying to understand all of the moving parts on the platform.

Likes Least

There may almost be TOO much that you can use the system for, if that is possible. It is difficult to know everything that they offer because there is so much offered.

Recommendations

Get certified with HubSpot, or at least use their study guides. It really helps for a more complete understanding of the platform. I don't know that there are too many platforms that offer as much as they do, my recommendation is attend some of their webinars and check out their offerings before making a decision.

The support team is great - always ready and eager to help answer questions, resolve technical issues, and provide strategy.
The product is an all-in-one solution to inbound marketing, with blogging, social media, email, and reporting components, just to name a few. The product is very intuitive, allowing non-graphic designers like myself to easily build email templates and landing pages.

Likes Least

One of the cons to an all-in-one solution is that some areas are stronger than others. Lead scoring is a bit challenging and repetitive to set up, but support is helpful in suggesting workarounds.

Recommendations

If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for blogging, social media, and email - you've found the right too! HubSpot makes it easy to stay organized and keep branding and messaging consistent.

Increased efficiency. Customer relationship management is crucial to my business, but NOT my core competency. As a one-man startup I needed a tool I could use to quickly and efficiently keep track of my clients, meeting, tasks, and deals.

Pros

Customizable pipelines for each of my services, with the Kanban style to visually see where each deal is in the pipeline as well as anticipated revenue flows at a glance.
The outlook integration keeps all of my client emails associated with the "deal" for that client. No more manual email logging or in-box searching.

Cons

It took me a while to figure out the outlook integration. More instruction or a more intuitive interface would be nice for integrations.

Team communication went up drastically as well as the ability to see the data from marketing and sales in one place on contacts. Things we never thought we'd have all in one place.

Pros

Hubspot CRM is super helpful with automation with email and notification of those items. It's also helpful when linked into their marketing platform allowing for your entire team to co-exist in one tool. Seeing important marketing and sales data on a potential client in one spot.

Cons

There isn't much, I do wish there was more Outlook/Exchange integration. We are moving to Google Mail since that is their major mail integration, partner. Otherwise, I love the tool and their support.

Pros

I get it. Hubspot gives you this in order to get you to upgrade to more premium features, which is a very good strategy. But jumping into this CRM is like jumping into an ocean when you need to be in a kiddie pool. In the amount of time it takes to maneuver around Hubspot's CRM, you can have contacts uploaded and fully working in a competitor's freemium CRM. But of course, this is my personal opinion. I found that it was just too much for what I was looking for and opted to use another service. For larger businesses, I highly recommend this CRM, but not for small businesses and freelancers.

Cons

Hubspot CRM is just too much for the entrepreneur starting out or the small business that needs its team members to have multiple roles. But I still recommend and say be the judge for yourself. It may be a very good fit and something to grow into.

What is more, I really liked that it automatically finds data about new contact or organization and inserts it into CRM. The contact card overall is really nice and displays all the interactions with the client.

Pros

Hubspot CRM is very flexible so it can be set up to suit the needs of individual users. Custom fields make this possible, even if it takes a bit to understand how the whole thing works.
