It is easy once you are trained. However, they give you four 1-hour sessions which is just enough to ask a few questions and get a few answers.
It does not allow numerous things that are needed with real estate. Although they give you 100 fields that you can customize, it not enough to keep track of a transaction from beginning to end. You can't even put in multiple addresses. If you have an investor that buys more than one property, you're out of luck. There is no way you can track a client that you're handling both buying and selling. This software was designed for companies that sell products on the internet.
Again, if it's for real estate, you're better off finding another system. This is not for real estate.
There were many times we would get one answer from one support tech and another answer form someone else. Once a tech support employee becomes very knowledgeable, they move up to sell packages. This is because it takes a lot of training to customize the software to your business.
Product: It has customizable campaigns.
Vendor: They have good support for basic needs, but it's not advanced unless you spend a ton of money.
Product: It is not designed for real estate, and it does not do several functions needed for a real estate agent.
Vendor: The learning curve on this software is extensive. It appears they train support staff, and once they know the software inside and out, they move them up and start selling packages to train your staff.
As a previous owner of a technology company before becoming a realtor, I am very technology driven. I bought the NAEA version of InfusionSoft and felt I was sold a bill of goods.
I found this to be the least intuitive software I have ever used. You will never figure out how to do many very fundamental things without having someone show you.
Infusionsoft did not meet my needs at all. After a huge investment of time, I determined it would not have saved me time in the end.
As I mentioned, Infusionsoft didn't work for me or save me any time. And it was difficult to use and learn.
When the set up was not completed as promised, Infusionsoft asked me for more money to complete the set up. After the second time they demanded more money, I pulled the plug.
There was nothing that I liked about this software. It sounded very promising when the salesman was describing it, but it never did what he said it would do.
I would not advise anyone to risk their money subscribing to this software. When I was considering the purchase, the salesman assured me repeatedly that the software would work for my particular needs.
I was quite clear from the beginning about what I needed from the set-up process, but at the end of two months, the software was still not set up as I had requested. Infusionsoft said my set up was way over budget, and I would have to pay additional fees if I wanted more help from them, which I paid. When that was used up, the set up was still not working as I had described from the beginning.
They asked for additional fees, and at that point, I decided to pull the plug on it. I never actually used the software.
Part of the problem is that the Infusionsoft software is not at all intuitive or user-friendly. Nothing is where you would look for it. This made me particularly dependent on them. Don't think you can be a casual user of Infusionsoft. Either you invest 100 hours learning this complex and counterintuitive system, or you'll be dependent on them as I was. I spent quite a bit of time in their learning center, too, but never came close to learning what I would have needed to free myself from them.
I would advise others to be very cautious in believing what the salesman promises. And I would not advise anyone to purchase this software.
