The only good thing I can say is the availability of online support. Not that it was great but it was always available.

Very confusing user interface. If you could dedicate an employee to learning the system maybe it would work. Expensive start up package that was 3 one hour sessions with an Infusionsoft consultant-did not help much. The graphic design method for campaigns looks neat but functions poorly for a new user. Very non intuitive. The last month of use my email was being labeled as coming from a questionable source. Little help in resolving this from Infusionsoft.

Recommendations

Look around at other products. Most will give you a free trial run to try them out. For ease of use I like Hatchbuck but there are many other choices out there.

Nothing, nada, zero, zip.

Their software is exceedingly confusing. They claim up front you don't need to verify opt ins (our list is 10 years old) but in practice they do.

Likes Least

Their bait and switch tactics. They make all sorts of promises at the outset but fail to deliver. Their customer support is atrocious.

Recommendations

Run, Forest, Run. Support your own server and use Interspire. It is simple to use.

I think the price is high but probably fair. They put a lot of effort into support and innovation. I'm optimistic that it is worth the cost. I wish it had a just getting started option for people to attempt to learn it over a period of time.

The best advice is to try it for yourself. It's user-friendly and has the capabilities to help small businesses to increase.

This product is totally transforming my business. I have more contacts, more products, more potential and therefore more money as a result of putting my faith into Infusionsoft and getting online marketing campaigns working for me.

It takes a lot to learn it. We pulled apart all the previous campaigns - and made no money for 9 months whilst we were restructuring the system. So that was a challenge as it took a long time with nothing coming in to pay for graphics etc. There is nothing not to like about Infusionsoft vendor!!

Make a list of all the things you wish Infusionsoft to do. However it would be great if there was a definitive list of all the amazing things that IS does in one place. i.e. I was speaking with a user the other day - asking if I could be her affiliate - she said she had no affiliate scheme - and she is an IS user. She did not even realise that she had the capability. So a list with little mini videos showing every aspect - and new things being added would be great for people to evaluate. It is not just an email marketing system. That needs to be explained that this is the Royles Royce of them all and why.

It is a lot of work to get set up initially. You NEED help from an ICC or an upgraded service package from Infusionsoft.

Recommendations

Give it a chance, it will take some time and probably a little money, but once it is all set up and ready, it will be more than worth it!

Price and performance were key. Other products, such as Salesforce, are too expensive for a small company and Infusionsoft had the primary features we needed, for much less. It has a highly sophisticated (powerful) method for automating tasks. Tech support is free and unlimited. If functionality is missing, there is a reasonable-sized developer community.

It won't replace MailChimp when doing emailings. The email editor is rudimentary. Managing sales opportunities is a little complex (but so is Salesforce). There will be a point where we outgrow the product and have to upgrade, but that will happen at about 100 users.

Recommendations

Determine the most important features you need and focus on those. Having lots of "bells and whistles" doesn't really matter if you don't use them on a regular basis.

It makes my job much easier. The automation and flexibility are outstanding. The company really seems to care about what I need and want.

The level of customization needed to make this product work for my company was significant and an add on cost. We spent a lot in add ons to get it to a workable level.

Recommendations

It's worth the time and effort 100X over. After it was set up to be specific to what we needed, it saved time and made the team far more efficient.

They have a great sales team. They will sign you up for a kick start program that can get some sales process working. There's lots of communication before the sale.

Support was poor. They have ridiculous hold times and have to put you on hold a lot to get answers they should know. Gmail integration was an issue. If you live in Gmail I would look elsewhere. Their apps from Chrome were not very good, and some of their systems were hard to use.

Recommendations

Try something else. They push this Kickstart Program which will help get part of the software working, but cannot assist with technical issues. Fees are non-refundable, even if you don't use them all or they can't even solve your problems. It took almost 2 weeks to cancel and lots of calls and emails. Way High pressure. I would have considered going back if they improved, but will try anyone else.

It has enough tools available to effectively manage contacts and clients. The calendar items and reports are also available in the same program which is useful.

The mobile app that is offered is terrible. Maybe they have updated it since I used it last, but it did not offer very many utilities.

Recommendations

I would recommend this program for smaller businesses. But if you want to do any marketing work through it, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We're in real estate, and Infusionsoft offers a much better CRM than any real estate-specific application. We like to say that Infusionsoft helps us build business down the road. The system makes it SO EASY to follow up with prospects and past clients efficiently (in most cases cutting out manual work that we did in previous systems). If I had to choose one feature that was my favorite in the system it would be the customization, specifically where campaigns are concerned. Very powerful possibilities!

Be aware that because of the system's powerful capabilities, it's not super easy to learn. The CRM part is self-explanatory, but the campaign builder is difficult. Be prepared to get training! I I highly recommend Infusionsoft University.

Infusionsoft is setup in a way that makes sense for a novice. Navigating CRM software is half the battle and Infusionsoft makes that REALLY easy.

Customer support is always there to help. But sometimes I get support but it's not complete in some manner because they either say a) "we can't figure out the problem and will get back to you when we resolve the issue" or b) "the next update will fix the issue - until then, there's nothing that we can do right now."

Recommendations

Try out Office Auto Pilot, 1ShoppingCart, etc., and you will find that nothing comes close to Infusionsoft's interface.

The product is very comprehensive and robust, but can be complicated. I like the merge contact records feature.

Sometimes it's slow when moving form one screen to the next. We sent a help request and that made a big difference in the speed. It doesn't interface with all merchant providers.

Recommendations

You just won't know until you play around with it, so I recommend trying it out before you make a decision.

I wish they were more integrated with payment gateways/processors. They do have an approved list of people they integrate with, but there's a few that aren't on that list so it makes it hard to help clients with the integration.

Once you learn how to use the system - it's a machine and works for you. If you run an online business, have products/services to offer, and want to market to specific people/lists - this is for you. It's like the cadillac for all CRM systems.

This is a very comprehensive solution to auto-responding with emails and setting up other tasks. The campaign manager has amazing potential that I'm eager to learn more of. I am also pleased with the partnership with DigitalMarketer to integrate Ryan Deiss' "Machine". This type of innovation is very exciting. I'm pleased to be a part of it. I have tried several email solutions and I am hoping this is the last one I will need.

I have used several systems including self hosted programs and larger systems, and I think you need to have a plan on how you can sell things and ensure that your investment is effective. The more you have this plan and put it into effect you will benefit. If this is just a hobby maybe you can get by with a less expensive option. If you want to change the world, you need to get a budget and use powerful tools like Infusionsoft.

It has helped me to increase my productivity by at least 30%, and I also use it as a tool to monitor billing due dates so that I can contact our clients to let them know of their upcoming bill. It has greatly been beneficial for all. Our clients appreciate a courtesy call.

It does everything in one place - CRM, Board-cast Emails, tracking, etc. The market place is a good place to get good ideas for your next campaign. I love being able to see what links someone clicked on when they open my email.

Infusionsoft combines multiple tasks and computer programs all in one place. You can do everything in CRM, emailing and customer service and payments all in one place.

There is a learning curve. You will have to be serious about some learning to make the best use of Infusionsoft. None of it is hard, but there is work involved. And the time invested pays off!

Recommendations

Look at what you are trying to do to manage leads, customers, payments, etc. See if Infusionsoft isn't the best solution to handle everything to grow your business. If you are trying to "scale up" your business and take the drudgery out of repetitive work, it is the way to go.
