A solid platform with pretty much everything you would need from a CRM and lead/sales management software. Nice dashboard and interface with a solid resource library and interesting blog updates.

Simply the price! while the features are good lots of other things also offer them so it's generally down to preference and budget.

Recommendations

Give it a trial and run a basic merge to see how you like the contacts features.

It is very user-friendly and the customer service is up to par. The chat tool is very useful especially when they will charge you per hour for extended training even though you're already paying a monthly fee!

How it is more towards marketing and not sales. It needs to now focus on it's internal tools for the admins and users. I have come across a lot of obstacles when dealing with how it organizes things internally.

Recommendations

Make it so the "Company" name is listed under the "Opportunity" listing. We have to know what company the opportunity is under and InfusionSoft does not allow you to add the company name under the opportunity listing.

I explored over ten CRM options over a few eeks time period and went through as many demos. We decided to go with InfusionSoft because they allowed the perfect amount of training and personalization of the dashboard and forms. The choices are sufficient without being overwhelming and the interface is easy to look at and use, guaranteeing my team will adopt it. It is also capable of project management, though that's not our primary use.

Recommendations

Keep in mind your time frame from purchase to launch as there is a 6-week training period that begins right away - at least that's what occurred in our case.

Infusionsoft is a robust system that can do almost anything you can think of. Not only is it easy to import data, segment your audiences and send targeted, automated communications, it allows you to track your process.

I would recommend having a dedicated person for the implementation and execution of the system. Since it is robust, it takes some time to learn and feel comfortable.

The demos of this system are really helpful. Think about what you really need a system to do for your business - what's most important to you and evaluate numerous systems to see what is the best fit.

can not integrate CRM into google calendar or push reminders to my phone. It is a closed universe and it should be much more plug and play. Also the mobile app version of the software is LAME.

Recommendations

Regarding the extra sale of service to set up extra marketing campaigns, the team is NOT up on social media or understanding how the tool is used on the mobile phone platform. The big marketing push to buy the software is that you can do everything yourself. I don't want to live in Infusionsoft, to be successful with the tool you have to. Also HATE the 12 month commitment...should be three...if they don't have the confidence that you'll be up and running in three... that's a problem.

They offer a wide range of in depth service. I liked the tutorial that they offered when we were looking into using this CRM, they were very helpful and I felt this system offers almost everything I could want out of a CRM, however I do not have the time to figure out how to use everything.

This is a costly system. It really is an investment. A worthy one, but unfortunately one that not everyone can make.

This is a comprehensive and robust software system. Make sure you have someone that can take the time to really learn it. I would have someone dedicated to the implementation of the system. The infusion soft support is great, but you are left on your own to really get this adopted into your company.

The amount of emails that you can send. We do a lot of marketing via email and most CRM's don't allow you to send bulk emails out.

Figuring out campaigns, broadcasting emails and deciding which tags/fields to use can be confusing. I don't like that there is a limit on the number of custom fields. I wish that we could customize everything.

Recommendations

It is a big investment but it will be worth if you put the time and money upfront.

InfusionSoft was great at first and exciting to learn the platform and start building campaigns. The campaign builder is by far the best part as it is very easy to understand and super easy to visualize your campaign the way it maps out. The elements, processes, communications, etc. are all on a grid map with arrows connecting and directing contacts where to go based on criteria, tags, and triggers you define and set. Once your developers connect everything you need, it is fun to create campaigns.

Two problems: the CRM is subpar and some integration connections are not ideal. In terms of CRM, there are a lot of preloaded fields as you could expect. The problem is that if there are fields you do not need or use for your business, you're stuck looking at them no matter what. You can create and add up to 100 new custom fields and define the type of field they are, but you cannot remove or even hide existing fields or tabs. Also, we used ScheduleOnce to connect to schedule leads who interacted with our site by filling out a form. Sometimes ScheduleOnce would update their system and cause problems with InfusionSoft and vice versa. Support from IS was quick to address and fix this when it was on their end though.

Recommendations

InfusionSoft is definitely fit for eCommerce businesses as it has a lot of tools built around this. Unfortunately, we are not an eCommerce business so this was not applicable to us. In this case, we needed better CRM and sales pipeline capabilities based on a manual sales process involving phone sales. InfusionSoft is overpriced for how it fits our needs.

As CRM-System for small companies it is totally unsuitable. The usability is very poor, every second updates they made changes, that you have to adapt your processes, which needs a lot of time and mostly they made it much more complex.

The sales person on the first call should never have sold this program to me knowing the status of my business. Even though I had read reviews that stated this was a massive undertaking to get started, I didn't know how much time and energy it would actually take. Most reviews were great but these were large businesses with a team. This product takes a lot of time to set up and it's really for a business making over 200k with an assistant. It is not for smaller businesses that are just starting out.

Recommendations

Sales people will tell you what you want to hear when you are considering a purchase so it's up to you to do the homework.
