I love the simplicity of the product and also the way you can customize the pipelines to fit our needs. We are a small company and needed something affordable that works for us and this is great.

One thing I would like to see added is a repeating feature for the tasks on the calendar.

I've tried similar software and find Less Annoying CRM to be the easiest to use. There's practically no learning curve. It's intuitive and offers a comprehensive system for organizing a customer base.

Customer support is excellent and is free. Someone answers the phone every time I call and will spend all the time needed to resolve an issue or teach me how to use a feature.

No complaints at all. It's a great value. Does many things that systems costing a lot more do. May be missing some integration--for instance it integrates with Mail Chimp but not with Constant Contact.

Recommendations

Take advantage of the 30-day free trial. Upload your data and explore all the features. It's very easy and intuitive. But also take advantage of the free telephone support also available during the trial period. Don't hesitate. Call whenever you have a question. They are there for you. Try it. You'll love it.

The simplicity. I used salesforce previously but it was over complicated and didn't work well in my small business. Also, the cost is perfect for a start up and emerging enterprise.

The flexibility is LACRM is our favorite element. It is easy to set up but it can also be easily tailored to any business. In fact, I have deployed it in both of my businesses. The integrations with Google GMail and MailChimp are also excellent.

LACRM creates a GMail contact for both the individual and also for the company. I know some businesses work with multiple people at the same client, but we work through individual relationships, so their approach cerates some clutter in our Google Contacts file, which drives our phone contacts. It would be nice to have an option to enable or disable that part of the sync.

Recommendations

We looked at a wide variety of CRM systems, including those highly touted by "the experts" and just can't see how any of them beat out LACRM. They are all much less flexible, harder to set up and use, and more costly. LACRM should be at the top of the heap!

The vendor has been very responsive to all questions. The videos are very helpful in addressing individual parts of using the CRM versus having to watch a 30 minute training. It has all the basics you'd need and some good integrations to help bolster productivity.

The downside is that it is pretty basic. You do have to use the integrations to add in email marketing or ticket sales.

Definitely take advantage of the free trial and call the vendor to get all your questions answered.

How clear and simple it all is, the mobile element is brilliant, when you visit your contacts you have all their info to hand and you update as soon as you walk out of their building.
The service from the team have been brilliant, you are talking to people who are human and you can tell that they really want you to get the best out of the CRM.

We are based in the UK I did look at Software Advice, I didn't know that what I needed was a CRM I have just joined a small travel company and they did not have a system where all their contacts and vendors were in one place. I Googled, Contacts Database and see what came up.
I looked at two or three and Less Annoying had a quirky name but very easy to see videos and the company profile fitted me
I liked that they are also a small company wanting to help other small companies.

I love how responsive customer support is... the fact that I can email with questions as well as schedule a call re: questions.

As for LA (as we call it), it includes more, much-needed features than our last production tool/CRM.

We'd love to be able to move "notes" around on pages -- but at some point that enhancement might be available.

Recommendations

Consider the importance of the live tech support. Be creative with how you set up users. We have multiple users for production purposes (e.g., mail dates for clients projects) -- not just for individuals.

It doesn't show the email history in a new email. It's a new email each time when many people like to scan through the full history to reference what's been said previously.

LACRM is incredibly easy to use, to learn and to integrate into existing systems. In the three years I've been using the platform, I've never had a problem. I have had a few questions on basic functionality, and those were answered immediately. I'm very happy with their support team. They have a great group of developers and amazing app.

Ease of use is the primary reason I team love this product. It's intuitive and has all the possible ways to organize the contacts that I could ask for. Also, I love the sales pipeline feature because it helps me stay on track with leads > proposals > sales. Being able to see the value of a client has really helped me grow my business, because I can focus on particular types of clients now.

The homepage is a wee bit messy and could be cleaned up a bit. It's easy to read and use, but there's a lot on one page.

Recommendations

Put each software through its paces, and I think that you will see that Less Annoying CRM brings more value for the money than any other software online.

I really love that it's so easy to get started using this CRM. If you're just starting out, it's a great way to start keeping track of your potential clients. I also love how affordable it is! The customer service is fabulous as well! There are actually humans that you can get a hold of if you need help! Highly recommend them!

I love the customizable pipelines. In my experience, I think that this feature alone makes the product well worth the minimal monthly cost. The company's representatives are always quick to respond to questions I have, and even if there isn't a solution, they are quick to recommend an alternative solution or workaround.

The CRM is easy to use, and the features make sense to the average user. I have no plans of discontinuing the service.

There are some features that would be important to me personally that I would like to see implemented, but those features must not be important to other clients because they are not added to the CRM.

Recommendations

I would take into account that not every person's individual needs can be met, and that from a business standpoint, the company needs to satisfy the largest number of clients, and not just a few individuals. Even though a problem might seem big to some clients, in the big scheme of things, it may not be important to most clients.
