Less Annoying CRM is a customer relationship management solution that caters to the needs of small businesses. It offers cloud-based deployment, various configuration options and a dashboard that provides an overview of contact information, projects, files and other information.

If you just need basic customer contact management with limited calendar integration, and you don't need automated integration with emails and calendars, this is a very good value. If you need a more robust system or have some coding or basic database skills step up to something like FileMaker Pro.

Pros

Easy to learn. Good basic contact management. Decent built in reports. Integrates well with Google Calendars and Contacts.

Cons

Very little automation built in. Can't calculate calendar dates, such as 90 days before X date. Only basic email operations. If you want to send an email every time a customer is 30 days out from an event, and you want that automated, find another CRM. This one won't do it at all, or without some real customization, which isn't a strength of this system.

We chose LACRM for it's simplicity. We are a small but growing business that needed a quick and easy way to track contacts, leads, projects, conversations, and details about our clients so we can stay more organized. LACRM has been a great help.

Pros

Simple program and easy to learn, even for those who are not comfortable with technology. Customer Service has been awesome. Video tutorials are simple and helpful. Can't beat the price, especially if your company has never used a CRM- it's a great way to get your feet wet without having to pay for all the bells and whistles that you may not need, or have time to use in the beginning.

Cons

I am hopeful that the program will come up with an auto-fill option so I don't have to enter addresses twice when building contacts (once on the company screen, and once on the contact screen).

things are intuitive.
You can customize things and are not limited in functionality. (Unlimited custom fields)
Good pipeline functionality I think.
Separation of events and tasks is well done.

Cons

Website based. Not a big limitation and it still works well with my phone. But some advanced mobile features are not possible until they create mobile apps.

Love the system. I use it for my main calendar by having my apple calendar linked to my Google calendar, and Google calendar sync to my Less Annoying Calendar. Everything is reported onto my Less Annoying Calendar.

Pros

The quick & easy access and updating of the system. The reminders are perfect for my application. The system is very economical and well worth the monthly fee

Cons

Still waiting for the Mobile access version.
Would like to see a dual tab area for birthdays DOB's so I can specify Mr. & Mrs. DOB's on one contact screen.

Barely can get it to work on the road

Been using for 4 years. Always hated it. Site is unresponsive when I need it, mostly after sales appointments. It stays in buffer zone and will not pull up when needed. This has been happening for 4 years now. Site also takes to long to navigate from one screen to another, and goes into buffering zone when trying to do that. Site is slow remotely even in areas of 4G and 5 bars on my device. I am currently looking for a faster and easier to navigate site.

Inexpensive, User-Friendly CRM

We have a small consulting company (6 employees). We needed a CRM that was easy to use, easy to maintain and budget friendly. We looked at 6 different solutions, including market leaders such as SalesForce.

We finally decided to test Less Annoying CRM, taking advantage of their 30 days free trial and no set-up costs.

After 20 days we decided to adopt LACRM as our solution. We are very pleased with the product. It has all the features we need and more.

Excellent customer support!!
By far, the most inexpensive CRM in the market today.
Best value for your buck.
Works well with Google

Cons

You really have to look hard to find a negative...

I am in love with Less Annoying CRM, it is extremely user-friendly which was important to me as I am not very tech. savvy. However, my office manager is and she loves it as well and can utilize more options of the CRM (lead tracking, gift certificate tracking, and more). It is so affordable and has helped me transform my small business over the last 6 months. Not to mention their customer service is amazing!! I get a real person who actually cares about my concerns and always helps resolve my question. I highly recommend Less Annoying CRM for any company needing better client management software.

We were looking for a better CRM solution for us to replace an expensive and over complex on premise solution we were using. After trying a number of offerings, we went with Less Annoying as it was easy to set and get started and had the features we needed. The flexibility to have as many or as few members of staff that need the product able to connect it is a very cost effective way for us to have the CRM we need.
As with all applications you have not previously used, we initially had some questions and problems that we needed help with, but this was quickly sorted with on line support from the team.
Being able to access LACRM from all our different devices made it straightforward to use and keep everything updated. After nearly a year using the product we are still very happy with our decision to go with it.

Pros

Easy to set up and use, flexible and pricing simple and low. Reliable.

Cons

It would be nice to automatically add e-mail sent from Outlook without the need to add the BCC adress each time

I needed a simple to use CRM that could handle large group & industry specific contacts without any razzle dazzle. I needed a CRM that incorporated a good notes section so I could track our client communication for efficient follow ups. I needed the ability to apply filters to do searches & sorts within the database. Less Annoying CRM was the only simple & straight forward program that I could find. This program is so easy & user-friendly to use that maybe they should change their name to "Not Annoying CRM". This program has never annoyed or pissed me off.

Have lost some functionality because of browser upgrades.

Wish it integrated with an email service provider, like Active Campaign.

I run a small nonprofit in Durham, NC. What I love about Less Annoying CRM is how easy it is to customize the pipelines to meet my needs. I track volunteers, circles, partners/clients, community support, donors. For the price I have found nothing better. In fact, I am so sold on Less Annoying CRM that I recommend to other nonprofits.

My only complaint is there is not currently integration with ToDoist. That would be awesome.

I subscribed when my customer records became uncontrollable. Now I do not have to rely on my failing memory, I can give instant updates even from my phone and I am back in control again. The uses of LACRM is only limited by the users imagination. One of those purchases you feel lucky to have made !

Less Annoying crm is great. we were searching for this exact style crm. Just something simple to organize customers and reminders. We tried lots of other CRM's and they were all the same. Sales Force totally sucks and its super expensive. They probably make lots of money thats why they can build the tallest building west of the Mississippi. Im just surprised they are spending the money on a building and not on Crack.... Because they must be high thinking they are providing a good product. Just use Less Annoying CRM and you will be happy.

After much research, numerous trials and failures, I stumbled onto Less Annoying CRM. Wow, what a difference it was from the beginning. I use it daily, love all the reminders and tracking of my emails and customers. I have referred to co-workers and they love it as well. Customer service has been very, very responsive. I have been using Less Annoying CRM for a couple of months now (or just over) and I absolutely love it. It's making my life so much easier :-) I love the fact that you get an email each day that you've created tasks for detailing exactly what they are, but also including anything outstanding also. This company is the best I've experienced as far as customer service in any industry ever. Their product is wonderful and definitely has increased productivity and efficiency. I can't imagine living without now, especially for the more than reasonable cost.
