We have a small consulting company (6 employees). We needed a CRM that was easy to use, easy to maintain and budget friendly. We looked at 6 different solutions, including market leaders such as SalesForce.

We finally decided to test Less Annoying CRM, taking advantage of their 30 days free trial and no set-up costs.

After 20 days we decided to adopt LACRM as our solution. We are very pleased with the product. It has all the features we need and more.

Pros

By far, the most inexpensive CRM in the market today.
Best value for your buck.
Works well with Google

Cons

You really have to look hard to find a negative...
maybe the inability to schedule repeat activities in the Calendar (but you can use Google calendar and export to LACRM calendar..

Very intuitive and easy to use. Greatest customer support I've ever experienced--they really go out of their way to help.

Cons

Would like to be able to duplicate and modify a record, so I don't need to re-enter repetitive data. Not a real problem, just a slight inconvenience.

Easy to use. Intuitive. Great support by phone or email. Very responsive. Least expensive CRM option in the market.

Pros

You can get started easily and you learn more features the more you use it. If you have a question about how to do something that is not obvious, just ask support and you'll get an answer immediately!

Cons

Cannot copy data from company to individuals.

Advice to Others

We are a two-person consulting firm with partners in separate cities. This CRM let's keep all information about clients and prospects well organized in one place immediately accessible to both of us. The phone and email support are superb. We get immediate expert help with any questions we have. We've been using the program for a few months now, and each week we learn something new and exciting we can do with it.

Pros

Ease of use. Intuitive. Great customer support--always accessible.

Cons

Need to reenter some duplicative information for each contact related to a company. Not a problem, but takes a little extra time.

Advice to Others

Sign up for the free trial. Use it. Don't hesitate to call or email customer support with any questions. They are more than willing to help you learn and use the program. In fact, the encourage you to contact them.

I am in love with Less Annoying CRM, it is extremely user-friendly which was important to me as I am not very tech. savvy. However, my office manager is and she loves it as well and can utilize more options of the CRM (lead tracking, gift certificate tracking, and more). It is so affordable and has helped me transform my small business over the last 6 months. Not to mention their customer service is amazing!! I get a real person who actually cares about my concerns and always helps resolve my question. I highly recommend Less Annoying CRM for any company needing better client management software.

I found Less Annoying after searching for an alternative to another pricey model.
Less Annoying was quick, easy to deploy, and very user-friendly.
The only thing I would have liked was extension for G Suite that works within my inbox something like Hubspot Sales has.

Less Annoying CRM is a good basic starter CRM. It is inexpensive, easy to use, and interfaces well with other platforms such as Google and Windows. The customer support is great. I believe it lives up to its name.

This is my all time favorite CRM software. It covers all my sales force automation needs and provides a robust opportunity tracker. I have been in sales/business development since 1991, and I have never encountered CRM software that fits so well into the way I work.

Pros

Simplicity and reliability. LACRM's philosophy is to build an application that maximizes useability and reliability. They will not, under pain of death, add a feature that breaks. This is a breath of fresh air considering the bloated unreliable software applications that are still on the market.

Cons

In my dream world, I wish there was a possibility for LACRM to integrate more with Exchange and Outlook. The sad fact is that Exchange and Outlook have become unstable hobby shop projects due to Microsoft's warped priorities these days, rather than the bedrock stable applications they once were. Why would you spend money to build compatibility with a house of cards?

Advice to Others

This is a phenomenal CRM and SFA package-- best I've ever seen. If you are a Google user, LACRM is a no brainer. If you are a standalone CRM user, LACRM is a no brainer, the best on the market.

They truly are the "Less Annoying CRM". This program is easy to use, they have amazing customer support, and affordable. I have shared this program with co-workers and they have started using it as well. I researched several CRMs recently and chose LACRM because their online training is easy to access and effective AND the support staff are responsive and helpful AND you can't beat the price. I used the free trial for a month which gave me a really good feel for the functionality.

Pros

I am customizing my pipeline to fit my business. It allows me to creat checklist which really helps with customer service after the sale.

Cons

Some double entry was needed between contacts and companies, but Support advised that I create the company profile first and then add contacts to control that.

The most annoying thing is the name!

Less Annoying CRM is a well designed, simple CRM solution for tracking sales efforts. It does an excellent job of tying a customers contacts, notes, emails and follow-up actions together in one simple to navigate place. Customer support is the best I have seen. It is easy to make contact and response times are excellent. It is NOT a watered down product where you need to upgrade at additional cost to get practical functionality. For a low monthly fee per user you get everything.
