Salesboom Cloud CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system. The user interface within the system was designed for quick end user adoption, and most functions can be accessed with just a few clicks.

Every company using Salesboom is assigned a personal CRM consultant. The system is offered in three levels: Team, Professional and Enterprise.

The Team Level contains advanced mass email marketing, as well as auto-response email functions. Lead and contact management is always included, and customer support teams have access to Case and Incident Management, as well as Solution Management.

The Professional and Enterprise levels include advanced Campaign Management, Quote and Contract Management, as well as the ability to produce a custom dashboard for Business Intelligence analytics and tracking.

Salesboom is the only CRM I have purchased that actually works and finally I am seeing a product that we can actually use!
I use Salesboom all day every day and personally think that it is the best value for money and one of the best CRM software on the market.
I have used different CRMs in the past and most of them have fallen short in the area of missing data, duplicate data and reliability.
Salesboom is very easy to customize, I use it to track sales opportunities, reports, forecasts and for support.
I highly recommend Salesboom to anyone, if you need anything just ask Salesboom support team.

Pros

1) Great After-Sales support
2) Very easy to use
3) Eeasy to customize pages
4) Great Value for Money

Cons

The only area they need to concentrate on is the daily import limit.

It's a highly customized and very user-friendly Cloud CRM. Salesboom.com helped train our users and showed them the rewards of using the system. Therefore, we had no issues with user adoption like other vendors we worked with in the past.

Likes Least

I think that the interface colors need to be changed, but of course, this is the least of our worries.

Recommendations

My #1 recommendation for Salesboom.com evaluators is to type out all your requirements and send it to your Salesboom.com CRM consultant prior to doing a live demo with them. Also, insist on getting multiple demos to evaluate the system fully. They will look at your requirements and actually customize the system while on trial, which will save you money!

Salesboom.com is a very user friendly cloud-based CRM system. It's very easy to customize and simple to use.

Likes Least

The only downside to Salesboom.com is that they do not offer a French translation for their system, so you have to translate it yourself.

Recommendations

I would recommend anyone evaluating Salesboom.com Cloud CRM to speak directly to a CRM consultant and elaborate on your business processes. They are very good listeners, and if they can't help you, they will be the first to tell you.

Because of Salesboom we have been able to integrate our packaged data into their system to provide sales management and big data as one solution to our customers. The customization capabilities with Salesboom are incredible! We have worked closely with the developers to create a pre-populated CRM that allows us to present our clients with a packed product of our services and a system to manage themselves. Thanks to the CRM capabilities, available plugins and API’s, and sales oversight through Salesboom- it’s become the ONLY application we need to use in our company now. We’ve seen a huge increase in our office productivity and response rate to customers. We’re also able to manage the successes of our client base using our products, and monitor when assistance is needed so that we can extend additional services. Salesboom has helped make us the best company in our industry.

Pros

- Excellent customer support and ability to work directly with programmers/developers.
- Adaptability and customization. You customize up to the smallest detail like the label of a tab and where it appears in your window.
- Easy to use interface.
- Sales oriented CRM
- File upload and document storage.
- Plugins for microsoft, google, and Ringcentral (which we operate the functions of our entire call team on).

Cons

They were easy to find, and if we had found them sooner- we could have corrected a lot of our initial "startup" mistakes. Many review sites don't even have them listed. If they could push forward with marketing, they could help a lot of businesses, earlier.

Advice to Others

Call them! The developers and customer associates are so helpful and will brainstorm improvements to your workflow with you! If you come to them with a business need, they will do everything possible to fix it.

Before paying Salesboom to customize our method of quoting our clients, we sat through numerous consultations and provided them with every piece of information necessary to customize the CRM to provide quotes like we currently do offline. They stated numerous times that this would be no problem. Well it's been 8 months, there has been no progress and they haven't returned our calls or emails from about 2 months now.

Pros

None. They are scamming us.

Advice to Others

Dont, use them. Run away.

our sales team uses salesboom to manage collaborative sales deals. many people are involved over a long period of time before the customer buys from us. We have to talk to decision makers few times and many tasks have to be done. We love it because the crm automates many of the tasks for our sales people leaving them more time to focus on the closing of the sale.

Pros

great interface and very easy to learn.
love the crm reporting and custom views

Cons

Its not available in all languages if your company is international.
Not all the features are available in all countries! for some reason some features like the zip code proximity is only available for usa and canada

Advice to Others

I would recommend the fast track because it makes it the responsibility of salesboom to understand your sales process, customize the system accordingly, import your data, and then train your end users.

When we first found out about Salesboom and looked at the trial we were so surprised. The application is so easy to use and very simple and yet full of features. The customer support is the best part about this CRM company, as they love helping their clients and get them up and running. They even helped us cleanse our data and import it into the CRM, and do many customizations such as custom fileds , views and reports before we even purchased the software.

They do not have a complete ERP solution.
