Very hard to use as end user. I'm in the software development industry and I've seen and worked with all kinds of UI/UX. Of equal importance - we exist in a high paced industry, defined by urgency and heavy competition - and the service and support we’ve received from the entire Tracker RMS team has been very good. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros It has been about six months since we switched over to Tracker RMS after being on the same CRM/ATS platform for about 15 years. So far, we could not be happier with the service we receive on a routine basis from Noah and Jillian, and the good folks at Tracker. The system offers us far more capability than what we had grown accustomed to with our old system. #### Cons Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them. I would not say this is par for the course.
