HHG does a great job of keeping up with the regulatory changes. Updates are released regularly and function as they are supposed to. It is one of the very few software programs I have used that delivers a product that functions well from date of install without multiple patches.
The lack of benchmark to other other agencies on state and national level is a handicap to using this product to identify and prioritize performance improvement activities.
