I do think that some changes need to be communicated more effectively. Despite this, I would still choose this system over others. It is user-friendly, provides excellent value for the investment, and is definitely worth the money. Everything was clearly explained, and if anything was unclear, they guided us through it and provided outstanding support. My favorite feature of the learning module has been how easy it is to add courses or connect with other learning platforms. Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) was also very straightforward, making access simple for our team. Additionally, the performance check-in process was easy to navigate and highly customizable, which was beneficial when managing multiple cycles. Cons: I appreciate the frequent updates and changes to Engagedly, as they help tailor the platform to better meet customer needs. However, sometimes these changes feel overwhelming, especially in the area of goal setting. It has confused our managers, and overall, the user experience has not been as friendly as we would like. Cons: I would have liked to have had a more robust LMS - SCORM compliant. We had to purchase a separate system. They offer a 'lite' system for our own content, but Learning content offerings for us go beyond their capacity currently.
