  • The 13.1 Release: Communicating with People. The latest release of iCIMS onboarding solution, Onboard, features an assortment of upgraded features including bidirectional email, comprehensive metrics reporting, and improved Career Portal branding -  all contributing to an heightened onboarding experience for both new hires and  HR professionals. Clients leveraging this product will experience better communication with candidates and new hires, have the ability to share metrics with internal stakeholders, and be able to evangelize their employment brand in new ways.
  • In March 2013, iCIMS won the Bronze Stevie® Award for “Customer Service Department of the Year” in the Computer Software category for the successful debut of its new and improved iCARE Customer Support Site. Organizations who win the award demonstrate dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction through a variety of means. This year, iCIMS displayed this commitment through the development of the iCARE Customer Support Site, which was constructed around customer comments and observations. “We work hard to give our customers a voice. TMR, Inc. is a government contractor in the Washington, DC metro area providing an assorted of IT services to the federal government. This is TMR's first on line recruiting system and we plan to go live on April 22, 2013. Before then, recruiting documentation was manual and laborious, though administratively consistent. We looked at two other on line systems including iCIMS and made the decision to purchase the iCIMS product because the overall system met our needs; the technology was state of the art and continually progressive; the customer service and training contained multiple layers of information and timeliness; the price was within budget and the we liked Nick Emlen, the initial representative from iCIMS we met.

Our initial experience with Nick was clear and consistently professional. We wanted a system that paralleled our recruiting process at least 80% and iCIMS met this requirement. TMR also bought the JobMagic product which feeds all the social media sites and from everything we have seen so far it is indeed magic, technically awesome and benefits our current and future needs. We know this system will increase our recruiting productivity and delete a magnitude of administrative work.

Lisa Yee is our implementation manager and meeting with her weekly to review and learn each phase of the product was more than delightful. We would leave the meeting with a feeling of accomplishment, good faith, and continued justification that we made the right decision with the iCIMS product. Initially she provided us a time frame for meetings with a set implementation date and we are right on target.

Overall, we are looking forward to our new online system to assist us with our overall strategic needs.

From sales to implementation we could not be happier with iCIMS. The pricing was fair and every step of the way during implementation our manager answered all of our questions, tweaked the system to meet our demands, and was available any time I reached out to him. After implementation I have submitted help tickets which are answered within 24 hours. For more pressing issues, I have called the help desk and never been put on hold. You speak to a professional person who knows and understands the system and encourages you to call as opposed to submitting a ticket!

Our company has about 11,000 employees and we fill about 1,800 jobs a year. We are decentralized in our structure with about twenty mini business units scattered all over the US. Each unit is allowed to run their HR department as they see fit for their environment. This made it imperative that our applicant tracking system be able to be configured for each unit.

We considered about 10 different systems and iCIMS Talent Platform was selected by our team of recruiters as the best fit and their first choice. Implementation was great (about 90 days) and we have been running iCIMS since the first of the year. My recruiting staff (about 100) really like the platform and from an Admin perspective it is really great. The reporting capability is awesome with the ability to report on each and every field in the platform and the ability to push any report down to your hiring manager. What is the best for us was the configurability for each of our business units with the ability to really tailor each set-up. I am still scratching the surface, starting to implement onboarding as well. Oh did I mention we automatically upload new hires to our HRIS and the awesome customer service as well? We love this platform. If you are looking for an applicant tracking system, be sure to consider iCIMS.

I work for a mid-sized advertising agency with offices in multiple locations and countries. While not unique, it poses challenges that iCIMS is able to help overcome. When I was hired I spent the first few months evaluating the various pieces of technology that were used in HR and the business as a whole. One of the problems I discovered was that there are multiple data entry points for the exact same data, which means redundancy in data entry (Lots of people entering the same information in lots of different systems). The other challenge we faced was that our ATS wasn't built to be an ATS. It was built to promote jobs on social networking sites and ATS functionality seemed to be an after thought. We also wanted the ability to integrate our ATS with other software tools.

iCIMS was the easy choice to solve all our problems. Our implementation of iCIMS just wrapped up, and it was great. Our Project Manager, Karen, did a great job tailoring the process and timeline to my needs, she did a ton of work that I needed help with, and she got us up an running before our expected go live date. Not only did she do a great job, she made me and my department look awesome to the company as a whole.

I have been live with iCIMS for about a month. So far I have had zero resumes make it into the system that were not tagged with a source. I have had 15 referrals come in from the share and socialize buttons. I have had great results from the social product add-ons as well, 10 applicants via facebook and twitter. I have also sped up the process of getting a requisition approved by nearly 2 days time while saving myself the time of filling out requisitions for our hiring managers. We are also using the onboarding portal, which has lead to a much higher degree of accuracy regarding paperwork PRIOR to start date. The onboarding portal allows our entire HR team to view what is complete or still needed so come day one the candidates are ready to go.

We are actually moving on to further integration of iCIMS to automate more and more of our processes. I can't wait to have our data in one place, feeding our HRIS automatically, with visibility to those with proper permissions. Based on the current results the cost and time savings are going to be immense.

My company, hireVision Group, provides outsourced human resource services to a wide variety of small-medium sized businesses, and we use iCIMS as an applicant tracking system for our various recruiting activities. We're currently using iCIMS version 11.2 and have been very satisfied with the system. Some highlights of our experience include:

- It is an intuitive and user-friendly system and has been easily teachable to our growing staff.
- The iCIMS helpdesk function has been very helpful and the email method of submitting issues has made it extremely convenient to get any questions or changes resolved quickly.
- The myriad reporting functions have allowed us great flexibility in manipulating our internal data for both back-office and client-facing reports.

In sum, this system allows us to generate a legally compliant record and history of our clients' recruiting activities, which facilitates our ability to provide a valuable and state-of-the-art service to the marketplace. Thank you, iCIMS!

We are a health care company in multiple states and have specific requirements for our positions. We felt that using an ATS would be very beneficial to weed out candidates that did not have the requirements needed for the clinical positions, while also creating a database of these incompatible candidates at the same time. It is also helpful to create a pool of candidates for future consideration if qualified candidate resumes are received after a position is already filled.

We previously used Excel as our database and it worked okay, but we did not have a copy of the resume to keep with it for future reference. iCIMS helps tremendously to keep all of our application forms in one location to forward to candidates and to keep multiple job openings in one location when scheduling interviews for multiple managers and positions. We have been a user of iCIMS for about 5 years now and I am pleased with the ease of use and quality. The customer service support has a quick turnaround and is usually able to resolve any issues within a 24 hr period. I would definitely recommend iCIMS to other human resource professionals.

We are a Fortune 1000 Insurance Company who replaced a large enterprise ATS with iCIMS in 2009. We only do a few hundred hires a year so this fits us perfectly and is so much easier and more efficient.

The integration with our existing applications as well as companies like LinkedIn make it a great investment. I suspect the ease of use has resulted in our sizable increase in employee referrals as well.

Our implementation was less than ninety days and well ahead of schedule. The training was spot on and we have had little difficulty since. I would not hesitate to recommend this solution to anyone.

Watchfire Signs has been with iCIMS for about 3 years now. We previously did applicant tracking via spreadsheets, a dysfunctional access database, and paper files. (YIKES!) Our single installation manages candidates for everything from internships to VPs, from union to executives, and engineers, including people at field offices all over the US (no international).

The implementation went smoothly and was fast because we didn't have a ton of data from other resources to bring into the system. The start up team was easy to work with.
iCIMS is fairly easy to use, but in an effort to 'avoid clutter' they sometimes hide features in awkward places. Skills I'd like together on a single page are sometimes scattered about.

Their help desk and esp email support are GREAT! Quick to respond, good clear answers, happy to assist with modifications, and an understanding of how a feature works. Very helpful. Sadly, their knowledge base that they shout loudly as the greatest support tool ever actually has very little data for skilled users. It seems to be mostly the help screens put into a slightly different format for beginners.

The big gaping hole in the product is that it doesn't have email integration. So, if I want to ask a candidate a question, I do that out of iCIMS. When the candidate responds, it comes only to my outlook; also it does not go into his/her record inside iCIMS. The result? I have an intern, who's job 10 hours per week is to, update the candidate's records. We know not everything gets there and certainly not in a timely manner.

They use a ticket tracker system to handle their customer service tickets, so they know how important this kind of functionality is, and hopefully they are looking at it to figure out how to merge it into their own product ASAP. We have nearly left iCIMS on three occasions to go to another product that has this functionality built in, but luckily we are too busy hiring to spend time researching a platform change.

Our company is a small/mid size network services provider and has been growing at a very alarming rate. Up until a month ago, we did not have any applicant tracking system in place. We reviewed several products and ultimately chose to go with iCIMS. We have completed our implementation of the system and things are moving smoothly. We have not made the complete internal transition as of yet but we are making progress every day.

Before iCIMS we were tracking everything with SharePoint and spreadsheets. This was a very cumbersome task to say the least. iCIMS has allowed us to free up more time for other activities, and that allows for us to provide better service to our internal and external customers.

We are still learning all of the ins/outs of the system but we have been pleased with the service that we have been provided from the initial start of the implementation to the current support that we receive from the customer service department. They are very responsive and will spend as much time as they need to make sure your problem is resolved.

I chose to team with iCIMS after viewing demos on nearly a dozen different ATS systems/brands. All things considered, I chose iCIMS because of the good cost, ease of use, tools it provides, and interaction with multiple job posting sites; both traditional and social media.

After being a client of iCIMS for nearly 3 years now, I have learned that their customer service is TOP NOTCH. If I have an issue, it will get answered over the phone immediately, or via email within 5-30 minutes. Further, they'll take you through things you don't know how to utilize. Last, because iCIMS stays on top of the latest trends in talent acquisition, I'm always kept up-to-date on the latest industry strategies.

I would unreservedly recommend iCIMS to any prospective client. It's clean, easy to use, has just as many tools as others without being cluttered with things you'll never use, and provides a customer service element that is unmatched. I've given them 5 stars on all categories, because I am not aware of an ATS that provides a better product/service for our firm's needs.
