System is pretty easy to use. Anytime I need help just call the support line and majority of the time my issue is resolved on the first call.
Ability to run customized reports and the timely support provided.
Different URLs needed for the admin, for supervisor and employee. Would be nicer if all logged in to same URL and then just configured different access rights

The vendor treats it's customers as family. Phone calls and or emails returned timely; solutions, resolutions and options always available for any type of issues. Issues are limited to none per year. I have been using the software and the clocks for over 5 years now and there are years we have no issues at all but over 1000 employees swipe day in and day out. Very simple software and does not require much training.
Like them too much, cannot find anything. I wish there was something to find, but for now they are SUPER.
Test before you commit to a contract, call us for references and even do a site visit to closest location using product to make sure you are getting what you have envisioned.

The interface is user friendly and looks modern and clean. We have rarely (like, maybe once) had any downtime, the system is always up and running. The NOVAtime employee's I've built a relationship with are interested in helping find what works for my organization.
I can't point to any specific "dislikes" about the product. If there is a function that I wish worked a different way, I can submit a request/suggestion for that functionality, or speak to someone at NOVAtime who can point me towards different options, or talk about best practices with me.
My best advice when evaluating a prospective new software purchase is to know what you need and ask specific questions. Salesmen for any company will tell you "yes" to general questions, but drill down to specifics and don't be afraid to keep asking if you are not sure your question is being understood correctly. Ask for multiple demos and a trial, if possible.

Nova time use
It is Easy for employees to use and , as an administrator, it is fairly easy to make adjustments.
Getting the employee set up in the system is moderately difficult.
Try to limit the different types of groups as it relates to schedules.

When entering in my time, I would like to be able to press tab once to get to the next cell. It generally takes several tries before the cursor moves over.
I would look at the layouts of other software to see if there is possibly a more efficient design
