WorkBright is a cloud-based mobile onboarding solution that allows new employees to proceed through the onboarding process from home before their first day. It lets businesses automate the form correction workflow, eliminates manual data entry, delivers automated reminders and can stand alone or integrate with an existing human resources system.

WorkBright is designed specifically for new employees to use their mobile devices to complete onboarding procedures. Using a smartphone, new hires can take and upload photographs of relevant documents and securely capture signatures electronically.

WorkBright offers a support team that will provide services during a two-week implementation period, followed by ongoing support thereafter. The platform is also suited for businesses with workforces that are made up of seasonal, temporary or contract employees and ensures government compliance.

This solution is priced per person hired annually and paid for monthly or annually. WorkBright can accommodate businesses of any size.

Having not to hire additional help.

Pros

The fact that new hires could access it and complete the paperwork online at their convenience and we could edit if additional information was needed to complete hiring process.

Cons

Download of data for new hires if wanted in another place (changing he titles or knowiing what was download) identify the file better

easily read, simple to use, easily managed, separation of required and optional forms. It would be nice to have folders in optional forms for easier look up and storage.

Cons

cannot add document to existing document, I would like to see closed staff listed separately and folders in options forms.

Easy to navigate, easy to understand. The report feature is great and makes things so much simpler and hassle free.

Cons

As an administrator for the account, I wish I was able to receive email notifications when "New Hires" are entered into the system.

I like how easy and obvious it is to use. I can run a report without having to learn how first. It is intuitive.

Cons

I don't think I can upload the WorkBright info into my QuickBooks. I must open two screens to transfer the information, and that's where mistakes occur.

I can access it anywhere when licensing shows up at my site. I can also see if my employees are up to date on paperwork or if they need to do something.

Cons

I wish there was a way to delete your (old) own file so you can upload (new file) without waiting for admin department to reject the old one first.

ability to track the staff and limit the staff time used for on-boarding and ease of use for the staff member. we have seen staff paperwork more accurate and returned in a more timely manner using the system.

Cons

would like an easy way to move staff forms from one year to the next. if a form is good for multiple years be able to accept for the second year without resubmitting.

Not set up for people who do not have emails. No way to upload several documents at once in supplemental files. Need a multiple file upload or drag and drop.

all staff forms are at your fingertips and easy to access. Easy to use as it is very user friendly. The quality of the images are good as well.

How easy it is to assign forms to employees to fill out and then how easy it is to review the completed forms.

It needs some way to sort the entire group of employees into sub-units and then be able to generate group e-mails to whatever groups I select.

A more streamlined hiring process.

Pros

The web form feature is the most helpful for our employees.
I like the reports, the ability to sign multiple I-9s and the customer service.

Cons

I would like to see more notification features. We receive an email when we have completed an I-9, but would like an email letting the Company Admin that an employee has completed the entire process (new hire paperwork & I-9 signed).

I love that it is helping us waste less paper. Also the ease of having staff fill out onboarding paperwork, even if they are in Germany.

Cons

(For ATS) I dislike that I cannot customize it myself. I don't like asking for help when I am sure it is probably a easy fix that I might could have done myself. Our rep has been great! I just wish I didn't have to bother him so much.

WorkBright centralizes payroll which works really well for remote sites with limited storage. It allows staff to complete their paperwork prior to arriving to camp, which increases efficiency.

Pros

HELPFUL STAFF. Ease of use. Can be used and accessed anywhere. Willingness of staff to implement new features and tailor the experience to the client.

Cons

Well, there's always the question of security because it's online. Sometimes staff puts information in that is obviously wrong (current year for birth year) and only THEY can fix that. HR cannot.
