Embedded throughout the system are marketing and upselling features, and it is also capable of customizable BI reporting and benefit tracking functionality. Providers can communicate with patients via SMS or email, and patients can utilize an online web scheduler.
Frames Data IDA (Immediate Data Access) means frame information is updated automatically. Sale associates can sell frames with the confidence that they are in stock; this feature also can decrease the amount of time spent updating inventory. Other features that optical practices may find useful include a 3D lens viewer, centralized HO management, and a secure audit trail. Acuitas activEHR 2.0 can be deployed either on-premise or web-based.
