Chiro QuickCharts Software


 

Chiro QuickCharts is a full suite system built for chiropractic clinics including practice management, billing, patient check-in and certified electronic health records (EHR) applications. This software offers customizable notes functionality, and automates the patient check-in process. Patients can complete their own medical history and answer subjective update questions regarding their condition from visit to visit.

“Travel Card”-style patient charts allows providers to quickly view the past three visits or scroll back to the patient’s first entry in the system. Templates for patient letters and handouts as well as a full range of codes are included out-of-the box, and documents can be scanned and imported directly into patient charts to save time.

Reminders and alerts can be set up, and a list of “to-dos” appears on the system’s main page to help ensure that providers remember all important tasks. Finally, an in-office chat room allows providers and staff to communicate more easily and efficiently to better serve patients. Users can also use this software to send patients text and email appointment reminders.

I like that it communicates with the PM system in converting patient information. There are a few glitches but still a work in progress.

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

Recommendations

Keep an open mind and open communication. Support can only do so much without involving the programmer/s.

It's easy to use with prompt vendor support. It only took a few weeks to get a real good grasp of the workings of this system.

The poor transition from old software. All we were able to bring from the old software to the new were names, so a lot of entry was needed, and we actually ended up running both side by side for accounting.

Recommendations

Everyone has pros and cons. Weigh them out, and this one shines pretty bright.

It's easy to use. It takes me seconds to do daily notes. I love that new patients can use the kiosk to fill out paperwork, creating less waste and better use of mine and my staff's time.

It takes some time to customize, but it's worth it in the long run.

Recommendations

It's a great money saver if you do billing in office. The link between the note taking and the practice management is seamless.

The ease of use and timely technical support are the biggest factors of what I like about this product.

There really isn't anything to complain about this product. Any changes and recommendations that I have recommended have been taken into consideration and incorporated into the latest update of the software. In other words, if there are things I don't like, they will work with me to change it until it is satisfactory.

It's responsive, and this program is very elementary with color coding. They have great tech support. More importantly, you can add statements for justifying services rendered and risk management defense.

Ease of use and quality of product for the price. The vendor works closely with us when issues arise to get to the bottom of the problem.

No serious complaints. At times, we have had some issues that seems to take a while to address. However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor. However, that has recently been rectified, and I am very pleased.

Recommendations

Look at all aspects of the software (EMR and PM) and read reviews before making an investment. I spent a great deal of time researching and have not regretted my decision.

Customer support is awesome; many issues are resolved the same day. They remotely access my system, and many times can work in the background, so I don't have to be tied the computer as they work.

It's seems very basic compared to other systems I've reviewed. The system was able to integrate with my current billing software, which is one of the main reasons I choose QuickCharts.
