NeoDeck Holdings’ NeoMed EHR is a Meaningful Use certified electronic health record (EHR) system that is suitable for small to midsized practices. It can only be deployed on-premise.
NeoMed EHR has more than 100 templates that cover various parameters, such as patient demographics, medication, laboratory results, vital signs and immunization, including those advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Physicians can easily customize these templates for their needs.
NeoMed EHR can also represent vital signs and other health measures in graphical and summary format, based on a patient’s historical profile. The software provides staff with role-based, concurrent access to patient information. Remote access to records is also governed by Continuity of Care Document (CCD) guidelines.
NeoMed EHR is based on industry standard Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms (SNOMED-CT) terminology. This gives users the ability to enter data through point and click menus as well as speech recognition, using compatible devices.
