Created with the idea that membership management should be easy, the team at AMO works with each organization to understand their organization inside and out to ultimately help organizations succeed with their new system. The experts at AMO pride themselves on providing a leading membership management solution for over a decade.
Within AMO, organizations can manage their website content and design without needing to know coding of any sort. The member center provides a place for nonprofit members to access and update their personal information as needed. Members can perform these updates on their own, without having to contact staff, saving time and eliminating administrative overhead for nonprofit teams. AMO also contains the ability to set up groups for members that share a common interest, so that they can make meaningful connections with each other, increasing the likelihood that they will renew their memberships.
The system provides an easy way for members to register for events, improving rates of attendance and helping to boost donations and member engagement. Members can also easily sync these events to their calendars, which offers organizations an easy way to remind registered attendees of upcoming events.
We recommend AMO to small and mid-sized organizations looking to move away from Excel, Access, and other basic applications and towards effective online member management.

AMO works well when used in right environment. The vendor is responsive for the needs of the organisation.
It is difficult to re-engineer on its own, and outside support is required for any changes or customisation.
The actual user in the organisation should be the person who should review such a software so that correct input can be given.

I like the responsiveness and helpfulness of staff .
It is a great product for my needs. They have helped with new additions I feel I need.
Look at the entire product. The back end is as important as the website itself.
