MemberZone is an online platform designed to help nonprofits manage their members, fundraising, marketing, donors, and volunteers.
An online application form facilitates member signup, and the data from that form feeds directly into other modules of the system, including billing. The billing application offers features such as batch invoicing, Engagement reporting allows nonprofits to monitor members that are most engaged or most at-risk; the system also allows users to build their own custom reports.
MemberZone is recommended to small and midsized associations and faith-based ministries. It's accessible from a variety of platforms, including Mac, iPad, and PC. It is capable of synchronization with third party vendors to cut down on double entry into multiple disparate systems.

The pre-sales team are super. I provided a list of requirements and they tailored a demo to my requirements further illustrating the depth of the features and flexibility/ease of managing the membership.
Supports all our requirements for membership management keyed to a ID number, allows non-electronic membership (some of our members don't have email), and tracks volunteer hours (which we apply for future year membership discount)
Nothing to state yet, just in an evaluation mode at the moment. No known lock-ins to use all the modules of functionality we need to run the association
