Glasscubes is a cloud-based project management solution. It provides for file sharing, collaboration and document management.
Glasscubes’ file sharing module lets users store all of their documents in the cloud, accessible from anywhere. Users can upload any type of file they want, and the limit for individual file size is 10 gigabytes. Users can share files with people who are not subscribed to Glasscubes by sending them a password-protected link.
This software features a “whiteboard” tool, where team members can jot down notes and attach images and links on a shareable whiteboard. Glasscubes also offers a buildable knowledge base, allowing team members to share information and questions in one location.
Glasscubes automatically saves all versions of a document. Users can attach conversations to documents and make sure the relevant documents are associated with a project. They can then assign tasks to team members, and to mark tasks by priority level.
Pricing is based on a maxiumum of five users per month. Any additional user incurs an added monthly charge. Telephone and live chat support are offered.
