Silverware Avrio Software

SilverWare Avrio POS provides a full-featured on-premise solution for small to mid-sized companies in the hospitality industry. This robust Point of Sale software includes Customer Relationship Management tools, real-time Reports and Analytics, precise Inventory Management, and Labor and Time Management to improve efficiency and communication.

One of the features we really like is SilverWare’s Mobile Ordering Solution. With real-time updates and smooth integration with a variety of devices, servers can spend more time focused on the needs of their guests. Orders placed tableside are swiftly sent to the corresponding printer, such as bar or a kitchen. Customers can use their own device to view menus (including detailed pictures and descriptions) and even place their own order. To further increase efficiency, customers’ checks can be printed directly from the mobile device, saving time for both the server and the guest. The system can be accessed via iPhone, iPad, Android OS, and Windows Tablets, allowing companies the freedom to choose the most appropriate option for their business.

SilverWare Avrio POS is a good fit for organizations in an array of industries such as museums, parks, zoos, bars, nightclubs, and both full-service and quick-service restaurants. We typically recommend it to companies with as few as one store and up to fifty, eleven to one thousand employees, and six or more users. FCG offers support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Since it’s inception in 1992, FCG has been providing POS solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Cons

Silverware has good equipment but a questionable support system. Nothing is their problem, and if the update they do can't fix the problem they still charge you for their failed service. All they want is for you to take out an inflated service contract that still doesn't cover everything that can & will go wrong. Do not give them your credit card for support over the phone, if there is a problem & they can't fix their solution is to take the money out of your credit card & therefore FU. Great business model. I TRIED TO TALK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY but his son wouldn't have him call me. I made a big mistake buying Silverware. Never again.
