Masergy UCaaS Software


 

Masergy is a provider of cloud-based unified communications as a service (UCaaS). Though Masergy UCaaS is a cloud-based system, it can be integrated with existing on-premise IP PBX equipment for businesses that want hybrid deployments.

Masergy also offers SIP trunking for businesses that need to connect calls to the traditional phone network. Masergy Intelligent Connectivity provides managed connections to cloud services that are protected by service-level agreements (SLAs) via Masergy’s network of cloud partners.

Masergy UCaaS integrates with numerous customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and can be customized to add communication functionality, such as ad hoc videoconferencing, to organizations’ unique business processes.

Several feature packs are available for different levels of users. The most basic level offers standard PBX features, such as call forwarding and a Web portal for personalizing user settings. Masergy Communicator is an end-user client that enables employees to use a single persona with unified presence information across multiple devices.
