Ve been very happy with the software and the customer service has been excellent. Immediate replies to emails and easy walk through instructions when running into any questions.

I find BeanworksAP to be very easy to use and very versatile. Beanworks service team is always quick and friendly.

Approval being automated is nice, not having tons of papers handed out for approval. SYnc feature seems to always be slow or have issues.

Inability to lock a date from being input; after the close, we do not want billing dates for the closed quarter to be input, and Beanworks does not offer an option for this.

It can be used anywhere and anytime as long as you have access to internet. Beanworks customer service is outstanding  fast and very responsive.

A great tool for automating a lot of accounting work, such as payroll, invoices, vacations, expenses, and payments. Cost savings, especially for small and medium-sized companies.

Very easy to use, logically designed and very intuitive to pick up. Amazing, extremely helpful customer service - issues are dealt with immediately and resolved well.

BeanworksAP is SO intuitive and easy to learn/easy to use. Their customer support is also fantastic.

As of 2018, we can now print our account number on vendor checks so this problem has been alleviated.

The increased efficiency meant more accurate, up-to-the-minute look into the company's finances. I was such a big fan of Beanworks that I also implemented it in my current role.

Inability to change approval channels. This may be more company specific and attached to function vs actual software limitation.

I initially heard of bean bills at my previous work. After working with it I found it to be very user friendly and the desire of the Bean Bills team to constantly improve their product amazing.

On some days there are glitches with errors and it needs to reload.

Wrong Vendor numbers and Invoice Numbers. Have hand written some on the invoice and they still type it wrong.

This software is very easy to learn ,easy to use and make the job easy. All you have to do learn and with the great support team that Beanworks offer you can do it.

Beanworks is easy to use and manage. I like that we can upload the invoices, code, and have them reviewed by different departments.

Great, simple to use tool that was easily integrated into our Quickbooks GL system.

This software is a huge asset to our accounting department. I've recommended it to my peers who have all found it to be a very positive addition to their AP workflow.

The solution is great and always evolving, and the customer support is top notch.

Also, sync errors are difficult to find and no alerts for such as given.

Beanworks is very useful and I would highly recommend it for many businesses to track their invoicing.

Sometimes it exported automatically even though no export request is chosen.

BeanworksAP  is relevant, useful and efficient. It's a fantastic solution.

Customer support sucks, no SLA adhered. Subscribed for 2 hours of support to realize there are no timelines called 2 hours.

It was only frustrating when I didn't know how to use it.

Forgetting my password and having to log in everyday can sometimes be annoying.

I love how DealerCenter's DMS is so easy to navigate. We stepped away from DealerCenter for a couple years and came back because it is better than anything else out there.

It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

I like the customer service and help with the system.

After its all said and done I wish I would have spent the money to get a better quality system. The bare bones of the system is Ok but to get all the nice features there is upcharge after up charge.

I was referred to DealerCenter's DMS by a friend and i'm glad i did because it's so easy to use. Glad i didnt got with Frazier or V12.

I think the CRM is awesome and great that we can start entering customers by scanning driver licenses.

Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.

Dealer center allows us to communicate professionally, keep it visually stimulating, and be as effective as possible with clientelling.

Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.

Overall, our experience with DealerCenter has been great.

DealerCenter is extremely helpful and we love the fast book feature for the NADA, which Frazer doesn't offer easily.

You are restricted to the number of Auto check pulls based on your plan which can be a disappointing when looking for vehicles.

Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.

Ease of use , and integration to my other systems. Way better than cars for sale  unlimited options.

Horrible, SCAM, Wont cancel the account, charging double what agreed on.

This system integrates everything. It makes it easy to keep up with your clients and keep track of your inventory with ease.

I haven't used it too much yet but  I like the integration and ease to send to WestLake directly with ease.

Most of it is easy to use. Having all the emails and texts in one place, templates are great, sending photos and carfax all from a text is good.
