  • Pros

  • Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
  • My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.
  • I love seeing exactly when an expense report is going to be reimbursed and I love receiving notifications when a payment has been scheduled and when a payment is processing to hit my bank account.
  • Cons

  • I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.
  • At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
  • I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.

  • My experience so far has been positive with ease of reimbursement submissions and the ability to track them. When I've have used it to schedule travel, it's been a little more involved.
  • Easy to use and is a good way to create fast and accurate travel-related expense reports. Concur has a good support team who are always willing to help.
  • I like being able to name the reports myself, and the overall process is very easy and clear. I like how the product tells you where the report is in the process after submission.
  • Cons

  • I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
  • My only complaint is that you can't apply the same image to multiple expenses. This is especially frustrating when you have to split an expenses.
  • There should be provision where cancelled transition returned to user if it paid already. This is the one seem missing in this.
