  • Pros

  • It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
  • This software has lot of features and the best part is you can pick and choose the features that best fit your business. Although, Core is feature rich it is amazing how intuitive this software is.
  • Training has been very supportive and useful. Support has been very helpful and quick to respond and follow-up.
  • Cons

  • There is a slight input lag in the software that is a bit annoying.
  • I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
  • Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.

  • I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.
  • I use PayPal for business, as a payment processor, and personal, for transactions and sending money. Their security is outstanding and the ease of use is very good.
  • It was overall really a good experience to use such a nice application which does what it promises.
  • Cons

  • I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
  • It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
  • My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
