Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's easy to use. Love the way you can change items if needed. It is very inexpensive for the company to provide to the employees.

  • It is intuitive and easy to use! The different sections are helpful and the site is aesthetically pleasing.

  • Cons

  • There's not much I don't like about it, but sometimes Certify will guess what expense category something belongs in, but it is often wrong (I just ignore it, so it's not a huge problem).

  • Lots of drop downs that don't pertain to my needs but might be of use to others in my company. This can be a bit confusing at times but still easy to use regardless.

  • Pros

  • I love the organization of the dms, especially the reports and dashboards. The mobile app is also great!

  • Very easy to navigate it is quick and easy at the click of a mouse. The tools are amazing. I like the form selection and easy to use,

  • Cons

  • Everything is fine the only thing I would say is that it is a little expensive.

  • I wish the DC mobile was fast, it moves a little slow but its still a great product
