Pros
- This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.
- As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Cons
- For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.
- Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.
Pros
- Accounting by Wave is super easy to navigate and use. It helps with bookkeeping and makes my job a little easier.
- It is so super easy to use, integrates with my Stripe account so clients can easily pay by credit card and even better - it's free.
Cons
- The customer service is useless. They say the transaction issue is due to their third party and that they have no control over this.
- It sometimes would get messed up. Transactions were doubled and it wasn’t always in sync with my accounts which made my accountant nervous.
