After many calls to the HRMC I finally got this corrected myself. I am currently paying interest on a loan because of their mistakes, I complained but they aren't willing to offer compensation.

Being able to review and see all the business financials and keep on top of the critical things like tax and payments. Easy to navigate and record/track in and outgoing money.

It went sour after that and eventually rock bottom and perished, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth and a very stressful 18 months.

User friendly - lots of help guides & always someone on the end of the phone. GOod to have a better understanding of what is going on with the business accounts.

Then more problems, I could list pages of problems.

Great functionality backed up by great customer support.

Also the UI is very clean and well layed out. Probably too many clicks for some tasks but otherwise very good.

I'll use an old fashioned accountant next time as I paid a lot less tax than with crunch.

I am shocked of their very poor ethics and consideration against freelancers and small businesses.

Good clear presentation. It does a very job for what is a complex subject area and helps me track my accounting activities.

The various dashboards make it easier to see how my business is performing in terms of sales, revenue and profit. Invoicing, expensing, bank reconciliation and keeping on top of taxes are all easy.

Easy display of available dividend money, good graphs of total revenue, getting accounts etc submitted are a snap.

They're excellent - and answer all my queries clearly, no matter how daft the question.

Bank reconciliation with certain banks is free and easy to use. Nice to know your tax exposure at any point.

This is very intuitive software, looks nice and navigation is good. Working in IT, its nice to find some good software like this which doesnt require training or much explaination.

I had to take out a bank loan to pay for the incorrect VAT and personal tax which was a couple of thousand out.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
