  • Pros

  • Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.
  • What I like about the system is How easy it is to use, the price is great for what they have to offer. It is a really good system.
  • The Dms helps me save time and it helps me money. The mobile app helps out tremendously at auctions by helping me appraise vehicles, take pictures of cars, and so much more.
  • Cons

  • Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.
  • Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.
  • It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

  • Even though its a newer company, we love Divvy. Their customer service and support teams always do their best to make it a comfortable process for all users.
  • I love how easy it is to create, update budgets, add categories for better accounting. Really love the rewards page and how clear everything is.
  • I love the transparency and opportunity to have a real time look into your company's spending and the ability to code and sync directly into QuickBooks.
  • Cons

  • We were waisting so much time with fraud issues with other cards.
  • There are some features which are missing from the platform such as bulk receipt uploading and reporting features.
  • She did end up in a little bit of a lurch due to my mistake and ended up having to do a reimbursement.
