Pros/Cons
Pros
- Best DMS, love the integration and automation of it. Our staff is very pleased with it, and also Desiree is always there to help us with anything we need.
- The Dms helps me save time and it helps me money. The mobile app helps out tremendously at auctions by helping me appraise vehicles, take pictures of cars, and so much more.
- Speed, Convenience, Reliable, Great Customer Service. La Monica was very helpful in the setup process, couldn't ask for better customer service.
Cons
- Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.
- Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.
- It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.
Pros
- Overall, my experience has been very good. Customer service is quite good and they really do work to make the customer happy.
- I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
- Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.
Cons
- I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.
- Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.
- They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.
