  • Pros

  • Since this time we had a really good improvement handling our expense claims. The frequent travelers are able to do them online wherever they are and the approval process is online as well.
  • I've recently moved our expense reporting to ExpensePoint and I am extremely happy. From the very initial point of contact I had to the very last training, the customer service was outstanding.
  • When I need to have help on any issue, the customer service provided by Theresa and Eva have been outstanding.
  • Cons

  • I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
  • I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
  • The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.

  • This software has a great user interface (beautiful design), is very user-friendly and easy to use, and is very useful when filing expenses at work.
  • Users like that it literally creates a report they get paid for almost immediately without them having to nag accounting. It's a win win for everyone and well worth the cost per user.
  • Expensify is extremely user friends and both the mobile app and web version are a pleasure to work with. This software has done a great job modernizing and keeping up to date as technology shifts.
  • Cons

  • Last night Expensify sent a political spam email to all our employees. Unprofessional and abusive use of customer data.
  • The interface is needlessly complicated and it's difficult to learn how to use and troubleshoot problems.
  • It is confusing because they use a lot of icons. Makes it hard to realize what is what at first.
