Pros/Cons
Pros
- The customer service has been outstanding - responsiveness, knowledge, caring. It was everything we hoped for when we signed up.
- From [SENSITIVE CONTENT], the experience has been great. Everyone we have worked with has been very responsive and has helped to make sure my team and I understand why we are doing what we are doing.
- I must have called everyday when we first got it and the reps were all so patient and helpful. When it all came together it was wonderful.
Cons
- I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
- I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
- The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.
Pros
- The software is extensive and seems easy enough to use. Supports advanced accounting functionality and would be a good solution for any small business.
- The setup is fairly straightforward, and the learning curve is very manageable. It's really nice to have a good (and reasonable) set of defaults for categories and account structure.
- Zoho Books is the best software for the financial reporting and everyone can easily used this software in a more efficient way. Moreover, it is the best tracker all of our accounts and finance.
Cons
- They call you at ridiculous times and then email to say they called and to call them back. You call them back and no one is available.
- I was afraid to use it, no knowing who would be viewing our data.
- The major problem with Zoho Book is that it is only practical with a small business.
