To add insult to injury, 18 months after Freshbooks canceled and deleted my account, they charged my credit card for another year subscription.

Freshbooks should be facing fraud charges and or a Class Action lawsuit. I expect either very shortly in the future.

Ease of use and integration from pc to mobile. The fact that i could copy repetitive invoices and projects saved me a lot of time as well.

It’s very easy to use,excellent customer service and use also a great mobile app. I am really happy to have this software in my company.

I love that i can send edit and track my business. The app on my phone is great but would like more of the same options as the desktop.

Software is easy to use, has the appropriate features and the support staff is outstanding.

Interface is hard and confusing to use. Not built for those without precision motor skills (forget it if you have any sort of impairment).

It shows you who is yet to give the payments and how much outstanding balance is remaining. The compatibility of FreshBooks is so good that it tells you the total profit and loss.

My experience was FreshBooks has been a phenomenal one. The interface is great and the presentation and look of the program is great as well.

The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.

Detailed ledgers of vendor and suppliers be available online and offline also. Currently ledgers are having some issues related with financial year breaks.

If we can select the period at the start and view transactions, especially in the cases where you need opening and closing balances. It gets little difficult at times.

Sometimes it stops working. There are few types of entries which do not allow attaching a scanned document.

Then we found it very easy to record day-to-day transactions like expenses. The sales role feature is very useful.

The software is incapable of data analysis and especially in expense management and COGS finding.

Date functions work only with hyphen only whereas it should work with slash (/) or full stop (.). TCS charged by supplier cannot be booked under expenses entries.

The first thing you'd like about ProfitBooks is the ease of use. It's very easy to raise invoices.

I was forced to manually type an invoice to ensure I was paid. Customer service very vague: took 3 days to respond with mere instructions on how to email an invoice , which I knew.

The product is very easy to use and customer support gives a lot of confidence to use the software.

Some anomaly arise due to non development of project option. No upgrades or update in software at all.

I hate the fact that you can’t assign designations eg- let a user be able to assess invoices and also be able to add customers And also work on your invoice templates.

Got a bit confused initially with allocating payments.

Almost all features are good. I like the initial page which gives a complete detail of Accounts.
