Pros/Cons
Pros
- Highly recommend this product. Very good customer support and fantastic value for the price.
- I like this software because it's super powerful and flexible yet it's user friendly and you can customize reports. Basically it has all the features that you need.
- I like that everything is integrated and the reports are updated in real time and the dashboard indicators have been a great help in decision making.
Cons
- I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.
- They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.
- The sales team was very misleading and they tricked us when we purchased the software. We presented our former software and their response was always "Netsuite can do that.
Pros
- They have provided answers to any questions that I have had and always give me solutions for any issues very quickly. They have superb customer service and the software is extremely user friendly.
- Ease of use and nice dashboard to approve invoices. Pretty simple to follow and great feature to ask colleagues questions.
- I love having the ability to add comments or notes. This improves collaboration and ensures our teams are on the same page.
Cons
- The process of making changes to invoices that were coded wrong. I still haven't figured out how to edit mistakes after you hit approve.
- Some of the approving, authorizing payment, etc can be confusing to learn.
- Sometimes the auto-population is wrong if the vendors being used are similar style invoices.
