Good and easy application
Very good application. Easy to use and always ready to keep my administration up to date.

CONSSometimes it has a bug while updating, and then it seems to be restarting all the time.

The support is the best, which is so rare
I use it every day and have done for several years; you don't do that if it's flaky.
PROSThe software works how I need it to for tracking the millage with the added advantage of connecting it to hardware.It has a lot more features for teams that I use, which gives it expandability for the future.
CONSCan't say anting is bad about this software as anytime I have had a problem support has been amazing and fixed it asap. Never an issue with them which is so rare nowadays.

Lots of problems. Customer service ok but too slow. Lost lots of data in the past. Been ok recently (last 6 months).

exceptional
Exceptional - made a small improvement request and it was completed within 24 hours Great communication and response - Best i have encountered - thanks
PROSAuto recording - I do not need to remember to start it Previous product did this but per below was cumbersome I have ordered a beacon and according to the sales stuff, I am hopeful this makes Psngr the best thing since sliced bread was invented
CONSCost was a bit frightening initially - but its not too bad in the grand scheme of things Has improved my time and distance recording and reduced my time cost to record this at days end This time saving more than pays for the cost
Reasons for switching to Psngr
They made a software change which started recording tracks in GPS time (UTC) - not NZ time Means a calculation to correct to my time both sides of daylight saving They would not entertain the idea of changing it back - frustrating

Thank you for your review. Trip recordings should be done in local time (in your case, NZ time). If you see times in UTC timezone, it's definitely a bug. Please contact us at support@psngr.co to resolve this issue.

I use it to record my traveling for taxes report, income... im an actor, have to declare my travel

PROSEasy to use. Its sensible to traveling, the detection is great. i like the design. Easy to use, just have to swipe. I appreciate that it takes trace of the amount of gaz spent too, could be easier to prepare my declaration as an actor, for my income and taxes report. Its fine that you also detect the kind of vehicule, even by walk... i also appreciate that you have the "private" option, sometimes its useful to know the distance between usual locations. Thanks.
CONSA little bit long to detect a stop. The "report fonction" is not friendly. We could have the option of doing it manually from X to Y, not only month or year... hope it'll be easy when i'll have to send a report

Thank you for your valuable feedback! Since you've left us this review, we went back to the drawing board and redesigned the Reports function / tab. In the mobile app, under the new "Reports" tab, you can add a new report with your start/end dates. On the web dashboard (login at https://psngr.co), again under "Reports" tab, click "New Report". Also worth mentioning: On the web, you can SEARCH trips by typing any tag, note, address, vehicle make or license plate into the search box.
