  • Pros

  • I evaluated around ten other project management tools before selecting Paymo. Tech support is friendly and responsive.
  • What do I like best - the value. When searching for a solution Paymo offered the most for the least and has been continuously working to improve the APP.
  • Cons

  • When I tell people about Paymo, they immediately think it's a financial tool, not a project management tool, based on the name. I would hate for this to hold Paymo back in the market.
  • I guess my biggest dislike is the new timesheets view, the hitboxes on the time entries seem to be slightly out of sync with the visual modules.

  • It also has good integration with our corporate cards along with good reports for both analysis and to reconcile to our corporate cards and accounting system.
  • In addition, the ability to move from a paper system to completely electronic with an electronic workflow has resulted in huge time and process efficiencies for our company.
  • Cons

  • The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.
  • I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
