Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Fairly simple to use and has lots of features. I really like that I can make invoices as well. The reporting is well featured and intuitive.

  • Easy to use. Uncomplicated when it comes to inputting data. I like that you can use the mobile app and it syncs with the computer system on the desktop version.

  • Cons

  • While Quicken is great, I wish it had a feature that would allow me to be able to log on to a web-based version so I could make simultaneous updates with my assistant manager.

  • With each update you have to learn your way around again but that is a small price to pay for remaining up to date.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. Suti was great to work with to meet our needs. Our end users love the multiple ways of getting receipts into the system.

  • The phone app is great. I like the ability to email receipts. Once everything is in place, it is very easy to upload into QuickBooks.

  • Cons

  • Takes a bit of time to learn, but customer support was a tremendous help.

  • I wish you did not have to enter after every entry, being able to cut and paste would be much faster. so many items are duplicated would be nice to be able to drag
