Being able to send out booking links for self service appointments is great. Lots of good functionality from an automation perspective.

Namely, when trying to adjust a team member's availability for an appointment link: the GUI bounces back and forth as you try to change time blocks.

The admin side of the system is very difficult to navigate and get set up.

Customer support - Steve is great. It's a bookinh tool and gets that job done.

I dislike the lack of a true round robin system.

I was getting frustrated and was about to cancel the whole thing when my phone rang and it was a representative from Appointmentcore.

The integration with IS is great. The flexibility of reminder automated reminder options and the variety of customizations available for any appointment type is well thought out.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They do not have a support phone number.

It makes tracking my clients and prospects super easy. I can add them to campaigns using the tags and eliminate lots of manual steps.

The site is slow, clunky and is not intuitive at all. Very slow learning curve for new users and I still struggle customizing my automated messages to confirm appointments.

The UI is pretty bad ... it's hard to tell what is a button, what isn't, where to click, etc. The UI is also outdated.

I tried for a year to get them to stop billing my account.

They charged us for the wrong plan (they default you to the highest most expensive one once your trial is over) and don't allow you to change it yourself online.

Sometimes the button disappears from Infusionsoft. Not sure which software is to blame for that, but it can be a pain when trying to get things scheduled.

Then another payment came out. I then started leaving threatening messages with no response.

Despite the bugs and weird technicalities of their system, AppointmentCore accomplished our overall goal of scheduling consultations and improving our conversions.

Setting up integration can be difficult as well.

I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.

It is a comfortable experience, as user and IT help desk doing troubleshoot to this application, easy to use and easy for the user.

This is best software for communication. It is highly recommend for video calls because the video quality is higher than other softwares.

I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.

What I like most about this software is that it is reliable and provides a much better user experience than the competition.

It offers better quality in video calls. Cloud storage for recordings is an awesome feature of the software.

It's amazing what a clean, clear interface can do to provide clarity before a meeting or conference call. That is not what Zoom offers.

Great and easy to use overall. Love the ability to integrate it into Outlook and use that as a means to book meetings and join them.

This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.

Everyone knows how to use it, you can use it on any device because you have specific apps and it works seamlessly. So it's kind of the most popular meeting software which everyone knows how to use it.

I think its a great software to facilitate meetings and  feel like you are in the same room as others. I love using the different backgrounds.

I love he fact that its free for 40 minute meetings. I love gathering my team for training on this lovely app.

The integration with Outlook and Slack is a game-changer. The ease of use for our customers and other folks (like our board members!) helps us look professional and reliable.

It has been very helpful in conducting meetings during the pandemic. The voice and video clarity is great.

They make it super easy to use, the video and audio quality are great, and the chatbox to type in is a great additional feature.

BUT with 2020 and organizing remote events for large audiences, Zoom has been great and a life-saver.

When we switched to online learning at the beginning of the pandemic, I was so thrilled that this software was easy to use.

The ability to seamlessly involve hundreds of participants at the same time  as well as easy UI makes Zoom an amazing alternative to other competitors.

I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.

We love being able to hold meetings and the ease of inviting and logging on is worth the money spent on this service.

My favorite thing about this software is the price: FREE. You can't beat that, but not only is the software free the basic functionality that come with the free account are great.

Nothing so much to complain about the tool but sometimes the integration with google calender does not work properly.

I love how user friendly this application is. It was a breeze to purchase and sign up, the customer service is amazing.

This is the most user friendly platform of its kind and it is very reliable to work all throughout the day.

The experience was great and good product but the price isn't where it needs to be for small and medium-sized businesses to take advantage.

If you have set it to 9.30am, if somebody has technical problems at their end they will miss it because one cannot change the time from 9.30am to later.

Calls were often hacked and weird things would occur. This was hands down scary, created paranoia, and just an overall bad vibe.

Ease of use (even my elderly mom can use it!), no fee for 40 min option, good quality, well-known & respected; screen share option is nice; polls are nice.

The integration to select browsers has been a life-saver and I'd say the price is more affordable than other software in its category.

Recently I read that Zoom had a security vulnerability, I'm worried about that and about the info hackers could get from my computer.

The ability to integrate external video devices is great for connecting broadcast equipment and have better quality meetings.

If your wifi connect is bad it can cut in and out. Whenever someone enters the meeting a sound plays that can be very annoying when your trying to listen to a presentation and someone joins late.

I honestly am not sure if it is one of the users in the meeting or if it internet related or what. However, the sound sometimes echos really bad and then the delay can be frustrating.
