Calendly is a very solid option for someone looking for a solution for customers to book with them. The free version is decent, and there are upgrade options for greater functionality.

It's a super easy & extremely useful tool. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to book appointments/calls, enabling your client to conveniently book a time in your calendar.

Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.

I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.

I like a different time zone selector - I'm working with clients all around the world and this is super useful. Easy integration with calendars and meeting tools ( we use zoom) is a must.

I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.

Hard to think of things that I don't like about this tool. I think for some people on the team, they struggle to use the tool due to complexity, but I find this an issue with most tools.

Easy to use and provides more value to me than what it costs. If your meetings needs are fairly simple, the free plan will work great for you.

There are a LOT of settings, and it can get confusing sometimes.

I love that is very cost-effective even the free version gets you far. Really great for a start-up business, (for example coaches).
