  • Pros

  • The ability to share a link in my email and integrate this into my website is absolutely amazing. My students love using the links in my email to guarantee a good time to meet with me.
  • I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.
  • Cons

  • Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.
  • I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.

  • Excellent support and affordable for small companies like us.
  • Customer support has been great and very timely. The u/x is very simple and straight forward and self-explanatory.
  • Cons

  • It is not as sleek-looking as some other packages and I have had some difficulty syncing it with other calendars.
  • Setster is still incapable of allowing me to have multiple events that can be signed up for simultaneously.
