  • Pros

  • Givebutter has a great team of specialists ready and willing to help you through your initial configuration as well as your ongoing work with the platform.
  • It works perfectly, and has all the features we need: peer-to-peer fundraising; team and fundraiser performance tracking; and alternative payment methods like Venmo, digital wallets and paypal.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it was hard to coordinate when there are multiple fundraiser pages for one campaign.
  • It is less intuitive to edit personal information and I got confused about managing different campaigns, and how to direct people specifically one campaign.

  • This software is extremely user friendly to both users and admins. The ease of experience creates a well-flowing donor experience that reflects positively on us.
  • I love the ability to leave comments after purchasing raffle tickets - it makes the experience fun and engaging.
  • Cons

  • This didn't used to be a problem, as administrators could edit the pledge to add the upper limit. This year that functionality was removed and it made everything more confusing for everyone.
  • Also, the reporting was confusing and didn't give me, the campaign manager, a single view to see everyone that has bid by item and what the current highest bid was.
