- The bugs are irritating but not transactions impacting for the most part, and the technical team will address it quickly. A background auto updater ensures you're running the latest version.
- WE basically LOST a YEAR and a lot of customers due to this long time delay which at the end of the day equals, =We paid to loose money.
Pros
- This software is extremely user friendly to both users and admins. The ease of experience creates a well-flowing donor experience that reflects positively on us.
- I love the ability to leave comments after purchasing raffle tickets - it makes the experience fun and engaging.
Cons
- This didn't used to be a problem, as administrators could edit the pledge to add the upper limit. This year that functionality was removed and it made everything more confusing for everyone.
- Also, the reporting was confusing and didn't give me, the campaign manager, a single view to see everyone that has bid by item and what the current highest bid was.
