This is not software problem but I think many people- respondents- do not take taking survey seriously.

It is user friendly, intuitive and the customer service is quick to respond.

Some very minor issues in extracting reports. Otherwise hard to tell of other material issues based on our usage.

It was easy to implement the surveys and the data that is included about participants (age, location, etc) was very helpful.

The polls function well even when there's lots of people submitting them at the same time. And the templates, native integrations, and the automated reports are also great additions.

In addition to that we had to handle with plenty of negative feedback from our users and eventually we removed surveys from our website.

I like the question options you have. I also like that I can track how many results are in , and always get it back within the promised time.

The best part of Pollfish is the customer service. The reps are communicative, helpful, and quick with their responses.

The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.

The best results come from having a clear research plan but the execution is flawless and quick. I was able to maneuver my way through the system in a matter of minutes.

They advertise you can pay for additional questions above 25, but there's actually a hard limit of 30. I found out the hard way.

Super easy to set up a questionnaire including logics, test it and send it. Get results <24 hours which can be filtered in so many ways.

You can't see how real surveys look like for your users until you deploy the full integration to production environment. Survey completion times are misleading too.

There were answers to my question s that didn't pass the sanity check, and also there were many conflicting answers.

The only thing i may dislike about this software is the fact that not all surveys are winners which means being disqualified from some.

An important feature for me is the integration with PowerPoint. It is incredibly easy to add new Vevox slides to a presentation or to convert slides to an existing presentation.

Unfortunately they did not change the survey sign if this option is not in use. This is a bit difficult for the user experience.

It is also very affordable compared to many other solutions on the market, allowing clients budgets to be met easily and for interactivity to be provided on even small scale events.

It is integrated into powerpoint. Having an institutional account with the university I work for makes using Vevox super easy.

Great - easy to use and to implement into presentations. You can personalize the user experience through design of the polling platform and have different polling options too.

At GSK, this is really helping us do this. Functions like PPT integration, polls, Q&A are all brilliant, plus live output visually e.g. the word cloud function is brilliant.

I was presenting and tried to do a word cloud poll inside my PP and it didn't work, was pretty embarrassing and confused my audience too.
