Ease of use, duplication feature fantastic. Can easily send to anyone as required.

Setting up workers and locations is very easy. Doing reports online and having it emailed directly is an excellent feature.

This software has saved time and money, it was very easy to set up and roll out to our employees.

The ease of taking current paper forms and converting them to the SiteDocs platform. Free form set-up was included with our subscription but it is so easy we haven't needed to utilize it.

Great for Tracking certifications (expiry dates, etc). Great for following up on corrective actions (closing the loop).

Customer service is also very helpful, as they are always able to help with my issues.

My experience has been great. The feedback from supervision, clients, management, stakeholders are all impressed with the product and program delivery.

Having multiple accounts can be awkward, especially when having to implement new forms.

To start - I got rid of two filing cabinets in my office, no onsite storage of documents, and no further archiving.

We like how user friendly the software is. Most of our employees that download the program don't require any training.

Easy to use, definitely cost saving , very much time saving, very good support from the SiteDocs team and the software is being updated and changed to better serve us the user.

The amount of time saved due to not having to file paperwork is amazing.

It's also super easy to teach new employees how to use it because it is so simply and user friendly.

Integration of this product is very user friendly and intuitive. Our employees have had very few issues utilizing the product in their day-to-day operations.

That I am not able to revise a form for an example if the employee enters the wrong location there is no way of correcting this.

We utilize most of the Tandem software modules. All modules are very feature rich, yet very similar user interface makes learning  new features or modules seamless.

Reduced time to manage audits and track mitigation tasks. One virtual location to store documentation such as audit, risk and compliance docs.

My least favorite aspect of the software is the INABILITY to unlink the modules.

So many options available. From BCP to Risk Analysis.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do in the modules. I think it's a team issue tho as most of us do not watch the videos on the products.

The software is very comprehensive and modules are interfaced as a cross reference. In addition our auditors and regulators love it.

Ease of use and to the point customer support would be the key success points. Templates are always there to get help and tutorial shows a lot to offer for beginners.

The customer service is fantastic and is always very prompt to respond to our inquiries. I feel that they are very approachable and offer solutions when called upon.

Staff is very accessible and responsive. Excellent training provided live and recorded.

When using the Business Continuity module, I often run into a few conflicts with the listed vendors that are linked to the Vendor Management module.

I'll be the first to purchase a change management module if/when they build it into their ecosystem.

They desperately need an onboarding component into vendor management platform.

Both good and bad, there is a lot of interplay between the different modules. Since all of the modules are tied together making a change to one may require you to make corrections to several others.

The basic functionality of many different risk management needs are addressed and for the price, it cannot be beat and the interoperability between the modules is excellent.

The best feature of the software is the ease of use for Board Reporting and tracking tasks and assignments across our organization.

I also greatly appreciate the webinars. They are very responsive to the users.

The system is always evolving and that they listen to their users. Love the access to all the training videos and super quick responses from the support team.

Cons would appear if you are to use other modules maybe, but the modul we tried revealed no staggering points.

I like the integration between the modules that provides you with a comprehensive snapshot of what the examiners are concerned about the most.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the exact section of information you are looking for if you don't use it often.

It is a highly manual process to go through each Risk Assessment and add the potential new control and then remove it if it is not adopted.
