I sense clients get confused in how to manage notifications and/or by why they're receiving notifications, as sometimes there is a lag.

The best features of this software includes the ease of use as well as the ease of customization.

Interface can be confusing for people intimidated by new technology (e.g., some clients may not like it). It is missing integrations (e.g., to sharefile).

We are able to upload all supporting documents with ease. The search function is great, the document upload time stamp is helpful, and being able to create multiple projects or engagements is nice.

If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded.

I do not have experience with other software's so not certain how to compare. It would be great if it could integrate with iChannel.

We utilize most of the Tandem software modules. All modules are very feature rich, yet very similar user interface makes learning  new features or modules seamless.

Reduced time to manage audits and track mitigation tasks. One virtual location to store documentation such as audit, risk and compliance docs.

My least favorite aspect of the software is the INABILITY to unlink the modules.

So many options available. From BCP to Risk Analysis.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do in the modules. I think it's a team issue tho as most of us do not watch the videos on the products.

The software is very comprehensive and modules are interfaced as a cross reference. In addition our auditors and regulators love it.

Ease of use and to the point customer support would be the key success points. Templates are always there to get help and tutorial shows a lot to offer for beginners.

When using the Business Continuity module, I often run into a few conflicts with the listed vendors that are linked to the Vendor Management module.

I'll be the first to purchase a change management module if/when they build it into their ecosystem.

They desperately need an onboarding component into vendor management platform.

Both good and bad, there is a lot of interplay between the different modules. Since all of the modules are tied together making a change to one may require you to make corrections to several others.

The basic functionality of many different risk management needs are addressed and for the price, it cannot be beat and the interoperability between the modules is excellent.

The best feature of the software is the ease of use for Board Reporting and tracking tasks and assignments across our organization.

I also greatly appreciate the webinars. They are very responsive to the users.

The system is always evolving and that they listen to their users. Love the access to all the training videos and super quick responses from the support team.

Cons would appear if you are to use other modules maybe, but the modul we tried revealed no staggering points.

I like the integration between the modules that provides you with a comprehensive snapshot of what the examiners are concerned about the most.
