Shop-Ware is a cloud-based auto shop management solution with features like staff management, customer management, bookkeeping, parts management and workflow handling. The solution is designed to be used by multiple staff members.
Shop-Ware tracks open jobs and manages workflows by connecting employees and assigning individual responsibilities and priorities. Jobs can be transferred to other staff members and real-time notifications are sent to avoid any missed deadlines. The solution also provides time clock and messaging features to manage all employees within a workshop.
Other features offered by Shop-Ware include dynamic searching, editing capabilities, repair order tracking, business intelligence and a task manager. It also provides a centralized communication portal that enables users to communicate directly with their customers. Staff members can share repair order details, notes and recommendations through the portal which also helps with history tracking.
Shop-Ware is available on a monthly subscription basis which includes support via email.

Ease of use, functionality, we are able to create masterpieces and present that to the client. There is no loss of information between the technician and the SA. All information collected is on the repair order and it looks phenomenal. Parts management is pretty awesome, I know if I have a part in stock for the next few days appointments and when I need to make a stock order all I do is make a couple of clicks and BAM I am done. This tool is saving time, we are able to get more done. It is fun for the team to use the software.
Its cloud based which opens up doors that have always been locked.

There is still some reporting they need to incorporate which they are but its in Beta, from what
I hear its phenomenal. That is a complaint from my controller/bookkeeper, if you asked me I have no complaints, so looking forward to watching this product grow.

I have always wanted the features ShopWare provides but could never find it in another product. This software puts me heads and shoulders above my competitors and allows me the flexability to manage my shop the way I want too. Kudos to ShopWare for setting the bar for SMS!
Upload pic, vids, TSB's, recalls, test results, you name it! PAPERLESS!!!!! Now there is a savings... Printer supplies, paper, Ink... Need I say more?
If you have to print an invoice (usually once a week or so) it may winde up being multiple pages.

Web-based so we no longer need a server on site. Built in estimating, integration with quickbooks, dispatching and workflow management, full featured shop management software. Customers love being able to approve work online without phone tag.
Like anything, occasionally there are hiccups or short periods of updating or server issues. However if there is an issue, they are super responsive and handle it as fast as humanly possible.
