Pros/Cons
Pros
- Different customization for monitoring configurations (like setting up hosts, HTTP Actions, etc.). Documentation is awesome and really helpful.
- Germain APM fulfills me all business needs. We get better quality in cheap price which is a good thing for any consumer.
- Totally impressed by the variety of functionalities they provide. Also, happy to say that the satisfaction gained at the first browsing instance itself, gives a good idea of the functionalities.
Cons
- Lack of tutorial and no onboarding information. We have to guess and try the feature based on our instinct.
- I saw a few errors, especially on the registration and login page. But this is very minimal.
- I did have trouble editing fields. It would not let me delete characters and I would have to remove the wizard and start over.
Pros
- I like its reliability and scalability. Significantly, I like its ability to offer a wide range of services ranging from storage, security, and networking.
- The Software is excellent, fulfills what it promises, has a good return on customer service, leaves nothing to be desired. Very satisfied with everything the software offers.
- Its a quality product with great documentation and functionalities. Love the free tear that lets you play with all the amazing tools to discover possibilities.
Cons
- Sometimes the security system finds suspicious activity on the server. Alarms always turn out to be false, but it is impossible to use the platform during such failures.
- What I lean toward least about this product is that occasionally records are frequently incidentally lost. It can turn out to be extremely hard to search out some of my archives.
- What I dislike is that there are some features which are not available and that's what make it unfeasible. Plus, the billing options are not front and center.
