Pros/Cons
Pros
- The breadth and depth of reporting offered by Google Analytics are excellent and it's also great that it is free to use and offers a robust knowledge base and community.
- Overall we've been really happy. Considering that it's free, and integrates with everything, and lets a non-technical founder like myself get something up and running quickly, it's amazing.
- I liked that it made it easy for me to track what kind of traffic I was getting at my website. Their breakdown of accessed location was very helpful.
Cons
- I followed a detailed step-by-step tutorial to set up Google Analytics. But even after repeating the whole process to exclude any possible mistakes, it is not working for me.
- The major downside for me is the lack of user support. It's difficult to get an answer (or atleast a quick answer) to issues with Analytics which can be frustrating.
- It has a pretty bad UI/UX. Its feels horrible to navigate and is a chore to implement it, we need a specialist only to set it up so everyone can get the data.
Pros
- Hexomatic is a really great tool that helps me generate leads for my business, its like having an assistant working 24/7 helping me to achieve my goals faster than ever before.
- Top down leadership shows in this company. The CO is very engaged in customer service on Facebook and helps customers if needed and this style shows why the company is great and its valued.
- Support when help is needed is great. I appreciate the work that is going in to making this a terrific app.
Cons
- Unfortunately, very extensive scraping jobs occasionally stop in the middle of the run and also get stuck at the corresponding point when restarted.
- The modification/editing of the HTML code can be confusing and time-consuming at times.
- I get little confused about how things should be put together.
