Pros
- Very good at collating data and presenting with multiple graphs and layout. Best for daily reporting and checking stats.
- There are many things about Data Studio I liked. I liked being able to make beautiful, fully customizable reports integrating data from multiple sources.
Cons
- If you do not change the data sources when copying a report, if you change it later, the original report will also get affected which became a cause for embarrassment for us at one time.
- There are still a number of functions which can be done in GA which are difficult or impossible in GDS.
Pros
- The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.
- They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.
Cons
- Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh.
- The messaging feature has caused us miscommunication with our tenants and comes across unprofessional so we abandoned trying to use it. Messages will not bounce back if an incorrect address is used.
