The CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. I needed some additional service and had to go elsewhere to get it, because the customer service department failed to get back with me.

A great all around tool that we depend on for every position. It also gives you the ability to keep track of all your employees and where their salary falls according to the local market.

Difficult user interface - not intuitive. Not good comps available, so data meaningless.

The customer service in trying to talk to a person was terrible. They don't answer the phone.

From a user standpoint, the tool is very easy to use - just like a spreadsheet. As the administrator, it meets most of our requirements.

It's a great tool--they have an impressive amount of data from which they are pulling results.

We implemented the payscale platforms (insight lab first then moved to MarketPay when we realized how bad the Insight Lab product is) to store all of our external salary surveys in one place.

Having a good team that can help ensure the system is as intuitive as possible really helps to add value.

The UI is pretty basic without any bells and whistles, but the product works well to store compensation data and to report off of it. Ad hoc pricing is great for pulling data for new roles.

The amount of manual work that must be done to match each job is ridiculous, and I don’t know why anyone would think the process is acceptable.

The deployment process has been a bit difficult because of migrating files over from our previous application.

I'm able to be so much more efficient with the switch to lightning. The tab functionality and the layout of the pages make it so much more user friendly.

Being stuck with this as the interface for it is simply unacceptable. I do not think there are many worse mobile adaptions of a platform as this one.

The software is quite easy to use and it has good features for developing apps and extending a CRM's reach and functionality.

We were able to integrate workflows from lucidchart to make it easier when troubleshooting issues with our clients as well as integrating VRA tools and NIce CX.

We liked the ease of use and ability to track all customer data including lead generation, calls, management and financials.

Support is terrible here by the way. They really push you toward self-service or community based service.

It has been an amazing experience using the lightning Platform.

In the start some bugs and errors, they were fixed couple months after. Chat: no timer added yet, you don't know how long is the current chat.
