Pros
- I like that iDrive is affordable and does not backup only certain types of files based on your tier of membership.
- Drag and Drop facility is easy to use and helps to manage the files very easily. Features of IDrive backup is great, and the search function is helping in searching through a large set of files.
Cons
- Fails from time to time, not sure why. Have to leave the computer on all the time and takes a long time to back up a small amount of files.
- Tech support was no help in retrieving the files. Overall, the program feels constrictive, frustrating, and difficult compared to other cloud storage I've used.
Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
