Overall, my experience has been good. I like the easy navigation through of the software.

I really like the ease of entering and revising orders. It's helpful too that CaterZen keeps track of our customers orders and information.

Easy to customize to our needs. Support is amazing with articles to review on our own as well as quick responses to questions I may have.

The best part of CaterZen, initially,  is how quickly a company can go from not having a catering system and CRM system to having one. Our company was up and running in 3 weeks.

User friendly, calendar view of all caterings, built in invoicing , accounting, rapid order entry and most importantly marketing and sales functions to help as grow our business.

I like the ease of retaining customer information. We have recently discovered a few features that have made it easier for us to keep notes on addresses and it has been making a huge difference.

This program is very user friendly. The support staff is helpful and they want to see you succeed.

Probably just the uncertainty of using a new program but that comes with any.

My experience has been great. It is easy to keep up with our clients in rcs.

But I could be wrong because I don't know all the functions of the program.

I appreciate the acknowledgement and communication that they are working on getting me an answer. I like the Loyalty Program and also knowing that you all are able to send out our certificates for us.

Overall experience is great, but I wish you had a live support option. It takes a lot of time to fix my issues when it was a simple fix.

While there are some occasional glitches, it is a super helpful product overall. Loved the initial training.

Easy integration from our older catering database to TPP.

It is extremely versatile and has truly placed my entire day to day operations on one platform. Our contact at TPP, Connor, has been amazing and extremely helpful and available.

The creator of this software came from catering and created this software to help his family business be more efficient and it was such a great  program that he shared it with the industry.

We used this product for many years as we were starting our Catering Company. It did exactly what we needed it to do and it was extremely easy to learn and navigate.

The proposal comes out clean, and I appreciate the features.

For me it is too easy for user error in Xing out of program. No stop of warning before you exit out.

Their customer service is outstanding... really... they care - a lot. I use 8 different subscription business services, and TPP is the best.

The customer training and support has been outstanding.

Now we have professional proposals that look terrific and I know my cost on food, supplies and staff are correct...and I'm making money. Yes TPP is the reason we are in business still.

ALSO the mass emails does not work for gmail users. That is ridiculous and hurting our business daily.

I goofed and sent out emails to the wrong clients. I was unable to correct and resend to the right clients and made mass confusion.
