The fact that this syncs my laptop, ipad and android is amazing.

After several more emails my problem was solved. I am really impressed that the support was quick, knowledgeable and seemed like they really wanted me to succeed.

I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39.

Windows forced upgrades may throw the system off. Then I have to figure how to fix the upgrade.

Sync of photos/videos from mobile to desktop/laptop missing, selected folders for a sync appear double in the select-menue.

From my experience they are very knowledgeable and on point. Of course, it would be nice to speak with a person or communicate via web chat.

I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.

This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
