Not only did the video chat function help with seeing patients during a world-wide shut down, we were also able to navigate faxes, emails and communicate with our patients on one easy to use platform.

At first, setting this up is very confusing. You need to have assistance from the company in order to set this up with your printer or computer device.

Currently Updoz does not interface with my EHR but hopefully in the future for ease of moving it straight into the patients chart.

It was very simple to get started. Easy to manage, very quick to learn for both our physician and patients.

There is no virtual waiting room so is difficult to schedule the calls. It takes very long to wait  for patient to answer.

When I have needed to contact Updox for technical support the wait was brief and they were able to get me the pertinent information very quickly so that the issue could be resolved.

We have chronic errors, and delays in the importing of documents from Updox into our actual EMR.

I like the options of preview documents before managing them, multiple document management, and the customer service.

The video quality is great. That's all I enjoyed for the 4 days that costs me $94.00.

In its previous rendition UpDox was very good and easy to use.

In general, however, the lack of response when the entire system is down is really a detriment to operations.

The ease of accessing the video directly from the patient’s profile in practice fusion is wonderful. The video visits usually run smoothly.
