Design and layout of software folder structure is confusing and unintuitive.

Does not support protocols it claims too, does not work with SIP trunk, Support is unhelpful, constantly drops or loses faxes.

Faxcom has been an integral part of our day to day faxing solution. We have integrated it with Interbit Data's Net Delivery product to auto fax out of our EMR.

We like the fact that we can use FaxCom without it needing additional plugins to work with outlook. Easy to use, works perfect.

They can be counted on to pick up the phone right away if there are any issues. Great customer service, a great product, and a cost savings What else could you ask for.
